Holiday Inn Express & Suites Casa Grande, an IHG Hotel

I can't say enough good things about the staff! Mainly Maria. We had special circumstances that made our trip difficult on my part. We were up all night flying with no sleep. We got there unexpected and she treated us like we were her own kids! Wanted to make sure we had a place to stay, and since so tired the staff went and made a room up right away! Etc, but great people and a nice room this made my whole trip better. I'd recommend that place to anyone. It's also a comfy place.

I found myself, my 2 toddlers, my 17 year old teenager and my husband in a position where we needed to vacate our flooded out house for almost 2 weeks. During that time we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express of Casa Grande.

We came to know almost all of the staff and all of them were VERY friendly, nice and accommodating to my family and myself.

They were always very attentive to our needs and I never had one occasion that I can think of that I was dissatisfied during our entire stay.

The entire facility was kept immaculate at all times. The pool area was always clean and well stocked with clean towels. The dining area was spotless and the food prep area was always clean.

The housekeeping and hospitality crew were AMAZING and we are fond of ALL of them. They were always so polite and made my family feel like family. I will miss seeing their smiling faces every day!!

I just could literally go on and on.
One thing that really impressed me is they just don't let people walk into the hotel and roam around. There is ALWAYS someone at the front desk to assist ANYONE that walks through the front doors to ascertain who they are there to see. It made me feel VERY secure to know that not just anyone could come strolling in.

The beds are very comfortable and the room very clean. It was very easy to find and the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained and the food was good. I really enjoyed the clean pool but had to report some rough unsupervised children and a no smoking sign by the pool would be nice. Overall I would stay here again.

Worth 5 stars. The room was clean, modern and taken care of. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated. I used all of the coffee on the first night, so the housekeeper left extra when the room was cleaned. Rapid checkout was not only convenient, but personal too. I left at 5am the second morning. The breakfast didn’t start until 6, but the had coffee and cold items already out and told me to help myself. Great service. Thank you again.

Friendly staff throughout hotel. Front desk especially. Clean. Great workout equipment that many places don't have. There were no irritating out of order signs on the ice machine or anything. We often stay here through our employment and I hated to leave! If you need to be spoiled- try this nice hotel.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was very clean. I had my kids with me and they wanted to swim and the water was lukewarm I really appreciated that. Great breakfast. The only thing i had a problem with was a rude lady breakfast lady who told me to not scratch my head as I was grabbing breakfast. It was totally uncalled for. It ruined my experience. But above all else it was well worth the price. Thank you

I’ve stayed at a lot of HI Express due to the cleanliness and room comfort for a value price. This is a really good one! Friendly staff, well attended breakfast, and comfortable room.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was great. I was very relaxed and slept well. The guests at the hotel next to this one were somewhat shady. The breakfast was excellent. This hotel also had a laundry facility that was reasonably priced.

I was moving from California to New Mexico and needed a safe place for me, my kitty, and the UHaul. I read many reviews about hotels in Tuscon and nothing impressed me and there were too many instances of car break-ins.
I called and spoke with Marcus, the manager and he reassured me that his hotel was my best bet.
Was he ever right! I stayed on Nov 2nd. My check in and out experience was friendly and professional.The room was PERFECT! And parking for my truck and trailer was more than I needed, not to mention SAFE!

Very happy with our stay here. So glad the breakfast buffet is back! The morning crew did a wonderful job and were very friendly.

Everything's good. There is renovating going on but the rooms were great quality. I stay here frequently. There are gas stations, fast food, and a golden corral just a short walk away.

Jordan was a pleasure to meet after being on the road for 20 plus hours. She had great customer service and was prompt with showed me a room to make sure me and my kids would be comfortable and getting me all checked in. Breakfast was good and the location is great it has easy access to the freeway and gas stations.

UPDATE 20171029:. Trish Rodriguez was awesome; she shipped my Fitbit back to me, overnight mail I suppose. I guess patience is not my strong suit. Luckily the staff at this hotel was patient and responsive.

Well-lit parking for overnight stays. Room was adequate. Complimentary toiletries and sundries were ho-hum and miniscule. I left my Fitbit and called 2.5 hours after checkout (1200); was told that "lost and found is closed" and to "call back in the morning", which was disappointing to say the least.

Anytime we travel, we ALWAYS look for Holiday inn Express. The service in the morning in the food court is ALWAYS great. They are constantly filling up the supplies, utensils, and cleaning up after all of us hungry mobs in the morning!

Quiet, clean and well maintained! Friendly front desk personnel. Very Covid conscious throughout the hotel. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Stayed 2 nights check in went well staff were very friendly room was good size very clean maid service was very helpful an did excellent job pool was decent size location of hotel was real good not far from highway my overall opinion of my stay is I had a nice room an moderately high in room rates but this was casa grande so its par for the course will stay here again an will recommend my fellow travelers to stay here

Will always stay here when in town. I do miss the entry water feature. Please bring it back! Hahaha but staff and rooms top notch!

I've stayed here a number of times throughout the years and have never been disappointed. I accidentally left the air conditioning on all day while I was gone and when I got back to the room it was 49 degrees. 🥶
