CrossFit Star Valley

One of the most awesome boxes in the west! Blake is an amazing coach and very talented and accomplished Olympic weight training coach! His programming is spot on! If your looking to get strong, improve on a sport, lean up or bulk up Blake has got you covered! Great atmosphere and a fantastic workout opportunity! All the equipment you will ever need along with bars and free weights, kettle bells dumb bells, ghd machines, reverse hyper machines and much more!

Awesome gym! It's not often that you find a crossfit gym with 24/7 access. They also have full sets of Werksan bumpers and bars, which you won't often find in Crossfit gyms. The owner is great and very friendly as well.

I Dropped in on short notice, and treated to a welcoming atmosphere. Blake, (Oly/USA weightlifting coach, L1 etc etc etc) clearly knew his stuff, ran a well supervised and coached class. Brand new shiny well oiled OLY bars, nice lifting platforms, Reverse hyperS!, lots of free weights, powerlifting equip, new heart rate Wodify setup, basically: all the goodies a CrossFit, OLY, powerlifting nerd could ever want! Worth a visit for sure! Thanks again!

This gym is fantastic. The equipment is high quality, the work outs are well planned, and Blake is the best coach. I’m so glad we came in today!

I felt a little mislead when they advertise 24-hour access. I’m reality you are only allowed that if you’re already a pro in CrossFit stuff. If you’re learning, you are only permitted to attend at a specific time which is unreasonable due to the cost of it all. BUT! I did learn how to push my body in ways I didn’t before, as well as new skills.
