Small Animal Clinic, AAHA & AAFP Cat Friendly- Gold status

Took my newly adopted puppy Race, in for his first visit and check up. Could not be more happy about how the visit went. The staff was very welcoming and so helpful every step of the way from check in to checkout.Answered all questions and my puppy loved all the attention. Highly recommend this clinic for being truly caring. Meds are expensive but if you love your pet you will bite the bullet. Thank you so much you guys!!!

Very clean, friendly place. Love that they have separate entrances and waiting areas for cats and dogs. The staff was very kind, very knowledgeable, and loved on my little baby to the point that he actually felt calm, and happy! There was a small, but understandable lack of communication as to why they were running so far behind schedule on all visits, but we were notified upon arrival that that was the case, and the reasoning was cleared up once we were in a patient waiting room. Definitely not something that will stop us from coming back.

Dr. Andi Campbell was absolutely and genuinely wonderful! She certainly loves animals as well as her profession. She treated us with the utmost respect while explaining everything in concise and full detail! I strongly recommend her and her very friendly staff as well! Special thank you to Adriana for the kindness she treated Hank with!

My cat was sick ,we saw Dr Campbell and she treated her so well very compassionate and caring ,she made a hard time a bit more bearable for us to let our furbaby cross the rainbow Bridge thank you

Wonderful experience with staff and quality of care. We had our kitten, Fergus, neutered and the whole experience from pre-exams to post care was outstanding.

Went in for a follow up visit. Staff took my furr baby back right away. Explained everything as he was taking her back. I got response from Dr Campbell and all was AOK.

Teddy and chubbs are well taken care of here and the staff is awesome

I have 6 dogs that see these people regularly! One of the Friendliest staffs I have ever dealt with. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen when I had an appointment. I highly recommend Small Animal Clinic and I seldom refer any business!

I found a special clinic for my little guy. Every single person who works here is wonderful. They really care. Leiann was so good with him. Dr. Thouvenelle is incredibly kind and I found her to be quite thorough.

The Staff and Doctors really work together. From entering the business to exiting was a very calm and peaceful expreance. Both my Dogs also love the Small Animal Clinic. I will recommend this Establishment too every one.

This veterinary practice is by far the best in Casa Grande! Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and just plain great! The quality of care our dog and cat have received since switching to this practice is exemplary...can't recommend them highly enough... 🦮🐯

We had to bring both our dogs here after having some "round robin diarrhea" over the holidays. Every staff member we dealt with was respectful, kind, and took extra care of our babies. We have an EXTREMELY shy dog (previous history of abuse from a hoarding situation) and the Vet was cautious and took the time to make her feel as comfortable as possible. When it came time to pick a plan of attack, we were consulted and provided pricing upfront so we could work within our budget while ensure that we do the most for the dogs.

We will be permanent customers here for the long run.

Everyone is nice , top notch care for your pet.
The price is ok but these days everything is more money.
They called the following day to check on our lil Diego, all is good for him. 😃
Office is very clean and only but a few minutes wait time which was excellent.

My dog LOVES coming to this vet! Seriously when has a dog ever loved the vet?! The staff are all great, great with the animals and the humans that the animals drag along with them!

I moved to Casa Grande back in May of 2013 with two dogs. Originally chose a different Vet who cared more about raking-in money than treating animals. Was pleasantly surprised to visit the Small Animal Clinic where the Vet actually took her time to gain my pets trust before conducting an examination. Her genuine concern was evident as was her high-level of expertise. Afterward they explained in detail the issue affecting my pet along with the recommended treatment options and costs. I was given the liberty to choose the particular treatment option that I felt most confident in without any biased pressure. They also made two follow-up phone calls to made sure that my pet was responding positively. Here in Casa Grande, I'd strongly recommend "Small Animal Clinic" for all one's Pet Care needs.

I originally left a very negative review a few months ago. Strangely by mistake I ended up going back to them a few weeks ago. I’m glad I did. I’m not sure if there under new management or what happened but what a complete turnaround. The staff and vet went above and beyond to get my dog Tracker in same day. The vet listened to what was going on and gave great care. I received 5 different follow up calls that I hadn’t even requested, this was truly impressive. They checked on his progress and to make sure he was ok. This actually exceeded all of my expectations. Well done everyone at small animal clinic.

I have been going to Small Animal Clinic since we moved here in 2010. The office staff has been very helpful with all the paperwork and prescriptions that are needed. Dr. Thouvenelle is a very nice, professional and caring doctor. She always spends the time needed to answer all questions, explain what we need to do at home and has treated our dogs with loving care. We recently got a new puppy and his first stop was at Small Animal Clinic where he was examined thoroughly and I was given information (verbally and in pamphlets) so that I would know what to expect. Even though I have had puppies before, the staff always reiterates every step of taking care of a puppy. I am grateful to have this great group of people taking care of my dog and taking care of me!

We have been bringing our pets here for 14 years. Have always been pleased with them. Our first dog was very old and the time came when we needed to help him pass on. They let me stay with Sandy while they euthanized him. It was very hard but everyone at the clinic was thoughtful. Now we have another little dog who is 10 and we can;t imagine taking him any where else.
