Super friendly staff and clean and organized store. Matt helped us with getting an in-table and dining room set for out new house. Customer service is underrated anymore. I love Big Lots. I can find some things cheaper, especially for your pets, than Petsmart. The snacks are great.

The Casa Grande, AZ Big Lots store is well stocked and there is always a friendly staff member to help. It's nice to have a local go to store when you need a few things and you don't want to find your way through the big box store! Christmas is my favorite time to shop there. Their outdoor lawn ornaments; lights and small gifts are easy to find and reasonably priced. I'm glad to support our local business and help keep our neighbors employed.

This store is full of bargains! They sell everything from home goods, grocery items, office supplies, planters, toys, clothes, and furniture! The service was friendly and helpful! I was zoned out at checkout, and the young lady was kind enough to snap me out of it. She built rapport with my name (used for rewards) and made the experience a delight! I highly recommend this location to anyone searching for a bargain with a great shopping experience!

The manager was great. I didn't catch her name, but she walked me through my online order and even went to the back to grab it for me. Great customer service

Love the variety of products they have to pick from. Great sales promotion. Each of the service clerks were extremely helpful to me whether I was purchasing in-store or picking up my online products ordered .

Oh let me tell you about Big lots wow!!! Every time I shop at this store I end up purchasing at least $500.00 worth of well made products. Their prices are ideal for my taste, the store employees are always helpful and nice. I shop here so much that they know me already!

I love big lots...wish city of Maricopa, AZ had one. Cleaning supplies, laundry detergents are much cheaper than grocery stores and name brands. Love the various holiday decorations...July 4th stuff, picnic stuff...😊
