This review is in response to Dawn Howell’s nasty gram she left! It is very hard to be friendly with someone who is not friendly themselves! As for the dog park you were on the same side of the park as the dog park! And speaking of the 3 dogs you had here when you are only suppose to have 2. You have no idea how much they barked as they only did it when you were gone which was pretty much every day! The big one barked nonstop and then got the little ones barking! It was horrible!! Also people don’t care if a dog poops on their gravel as long as it’s picked up! I just want people to know that Encore Foothills West is a GREAT park, we have been coming for 7 years now and love it here!

We recently came down to foothills West RV resort to spend the winter. The facility is amazing, the staff are friendly and accommodating and work to exceed expectations. The residents are the real gem at this RV resort and community. Everyone we've met has welcomed us and made us feel like part of an extended family. We have had our neighbors jump in and help us when needed and it's truly the best place for a long stay or a few nights off the road of for the season. The park is very quiet and away from the beaten path but also close to everything Casa Grande has to offer. To sum it up, we love it!

Quiet, clean over 55 rv park. People are very friendly and helpful. Close enough to town for shopping and restaurants, far away enough to eliminate traffic noise.

Friendly and welcoming park by seasonal and full time folks. Stores near by and Phoenix and Tucson w/i an hour. Pool water is kept at a warm 89 degrees and is open 24 hours. The laundry room is also open 24 hours, which I loved. Lots of fun activities planned by the park and the cost of activities are super reasonable. The people who work in the office are so nice and so are the maintenance people. The bathrooms were always clean and are to updated this year. Quiet, clean park. We'll be back.

We stayed here because our whole city lost power, after a storm knocked down several power poles. The temperature was in the 111 degree range and they said it would take a couple of days to restore power. Fortunately, we found this place and stayed, here, in our motor home for a couple of nights.
Very nice park! It looks like the majority of the residents have park model trailers but there are quite a few RV spots, as well. We were in a pull through that had room for the coach and the Jeep.
Super nice ladies in the office. The pool was great! They have a really nice air conditioned common building with tables to craft, puzzles, a small library, a tv with lounge chairs and even an adjoining room with billiard tables. It was a very clean park.

In a tucked away area from traffic and noise. Clean and neat park. The manager is top-notch and knows how to operate a resort. A keeper.

Nice clean RV and mobile home Park. I was greeted by name as soon as I walked into the office! Paperwork was ready and we were escorted to our site. Laundry and restrooms are very clean. Pool and hot tub are comfortable to use. Residents are friendly and welcoming. We recommend this park whether staying for a night, a week or the winter season.

Great staff led by Manager Vivian make this a welcoming place. We came for 2 nights and stayed a week. Despite being very full, Vivian managed to get us the extra days, even staying in the same space. The facilities are among the best we've seen anywhere and this is our third trip across the U.S. in the winter. We almost never see a heated pool and hot tub! And the weather is so good here in Casa Grande that we used them every day. Holidays here are special events with everyday perks like water aerobics and a very well set up common room. There are pool tables, TVs, books, puzzles and movies. We had one of the 4 pull through sites and they are all paved and flat with picnic tables. It is about 3 miles off Route 10 and very quiet. Most of the park is seasonal and we can certainly see why. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We'd spend the winter here too!

This park is a must visit... the people are incredible... But Barb went that extra mile each time we encountered her. The events Bring the park to life and barb is you perfect host!

When she describes an event your curiosity is peaked... And each time she was right. We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay this winter and cant' wait to be back.

Our event on the desert bell was simply amazing... We cant wait for our next visit!

😀 check this park out!
