Fiesta Grande Resort

This is my winter home! This is our third winter spent here. The gals in the office are efficient and friendly esp. Jennifer she’s a peach with a great sense of humour.

A maintenance man on staff makes a world of difference, place is tidy and clean and they seem quick to address any issues. Everyone speaks highly of staff, haven’t heard any complaints.

It is gated, with gates locked by 10 pm & open by 7 am. There is a tall concrete wall on the perimeter of the property. It is a large park with the main entrance facing East Florence Blvd. It’s within walking distance to all you need.

There are plenty of things to do here, from pickleball to pools x2, pool, shuffleboard, quilt club are just a few. They put on a concert once a month in winter for a price, which is open to the public not just residents.

Our favorite type of RV Park. Close to shopping, restaurants, everything we need. We are full-timers and use our mobility scooters to go everywhere. Nice and clean, quiet, spots quite large with a nice concrete pad.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming..While traveling in high winds our awning started to come out and ripped when trying to place it back.. So when I called to confirm our site number they were very very understanding as to our situation and put us in a different site facing North so we would have some shade most of the day.. Normally you have to jump through hoops but not with this park.. They have lots of amenities.. And the amount of activities will have you going from morning till night on a daily basis... It's a wonderful place to stay...

Staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Well maintained and easily accessed RV Park. Facilities are clean and kept up very nicely. We highly recommend this park and have visited it several times.

One of our favorite parks in Arizona. We like it so much and the people are so friendly we purchased a park model vacation home. The staff does an excellent job of keeping the park neat at all times. There is lots to do and once again everyone we've met has been super friendly. Highly recommend but book early...

Excellent RV park! Outstanding staff, especially Liz in the front office! She did everything to accommodate our needs, and scheduled changes. The BEST place to stay in Arizona!!!

Beautiful RV Resort. Online check in was very convenient. Nicely spaced RV spots. Clean and well kept. Awesome dog park. 2 large fenced areas so your dog can get out and stretch his legs. They also provide a convenient place to was your dog. There are all types of game courts, a clean swimming pool, a putting green, and a spot to swing your driver with a net to catch the ball. This resort is near a shopping mall, Walmart and dozens of restaurants. We plan to stop here on a regular basis.

The roads need a repair, there’s only grass in the dog park. At 40% of what it cost to stay elsewhere, this is a fantastic deal. Never met so many happy friendly residents. There’s so many things to do you just can’t do it all! Fun fun fun!!! Two pools for the 767 lots is excellent. Didn’t want to pay for grass, sidewalks, baseball diamonds, golf court or a bunch of frills we don’t want or need. Was a fantastic decision to come here!

This is a huge park - mainly park models . but well set up for RV travelers. We just stayed here one night but it was a very nice pull through spot right beside the pickle court and laundry. Very informative packet upon arrival and super friendly people. We would definitely come back. We did not go into any buildings due to Covid or check the pool or spa but they had what appeared to be a lot of activities to do.

This Encore RV Resort checks all of the boxes for pools, spa, activities, friendly people, friendly staff, cleanliness, spacing, and it is centrally located to restaurants, shopping (Walmart, Home Depot, Harbor Freight, Lowes, etc.). A+++++

Very well laid out RV Park with a combination of mostly single and partly double wide park models along with fifth wheelers and smaller mobile homes as well. Fiesta Grande has two well heated swimming pools and a great large hot Spa pool for relaxation and sore muscles. All sorts of social activities, from Bingo to pickleball, dances, card games and various physical activities in and out of the water are available here. Highly recommended, for both short-term, holiday, and year-long accommodation.

Love this park. Came to Arizona looking to buy a house that we can hop on the 4 wheelers and head out the back yard. We got to this park and it completely changed our minds. We are looking to buy a park model in this park after being here for a couple weeks. When we arrived with our 5th wheel, we were greeted by 4 different neighbours welcoming us to the park and the friendly atmosphere has not changed since we arrived. The facilities here are all in great shape and there is tons of things to do. Concerts, shuffle board ( never played that until here.) Pickle ball, horseshoes, card games every night, and my favourite part is happy hour is more popular here than anywhere we have ever stayed. We are definitely going to make this our winter home.

Beautiful place. Clean and friendly staff. Like being in a comfortable, safe place.

It's my first time staying here and I have to say it's an excellent park. The employees and the residents are very courteous. They take time to make sure you're okay. Not policing you trying to find something you're doing wrong. It's a rare gem. Swimming pool Jacuzzi and I hear that the billiards and gym should be opening up sometime this year. I give it my highest recommendation.

Great place to stay for the winter. Lots of activities. Situated halfway between Phoenix & Tucson. Lots of things to do. Only drawback was poorly maintained washers.

Love this park!! The staff is so nice and accommodating! It is quiet and clean, safe and family friendly for the kiddos to visit grandma and grandpa. It is age restricted for residents.

Love this place , we come here often. The people , the office Staff are wonderful. The park has a lot of activities and the community is people and pet friendly. Highly recommend.

This was our first visit to this RV Resort. We really loved it. Everyone is very friendly. The park is well maintained and all the facilities are clean and in great shape. This is an 55+ park and they cater to your needs. Plenty of activities, pools, shuffleboard, pickleball, horseshoes and billiards. Also, very pret friendly. They have a nice fenced in dog walk. If you are looking for a short stay or there for the winter, I would highly recommend Fiesta Grande.
