Lazy B Motel

Patricia was the BEST. We were looking to stay in Afton on the way from SLC to Jackson, and when my initial reservation fell through, Patricia hooked us up! We were stressed and almost stranded, but she saved our trip! Definitely some of the best hospitality I’ve received recently, and will stay here again when passing through.

I have stayed for a month and the owners are very accommodating to my needs. Friendly staff and great place for you furry friends. There is a awesome place to let your dogs run and be outside to enjoy the weather. Will be back again!

Wow is all I can say about this little motel! My expectations were very low but quickly rose. The room was great and clean. The bed was fantastic! They are more on the softer side, which I love, but my husband likes a little firmer. But when he got up the next morning told me it was the best sleep he ever had in any motel, even pricey ones. We will be back and definately recommend it!!!!

Spent 4 days here. The room and common areas were very clean. The staff were extremely polite. The room had a microwave and a mini fridge, and the bed was comfortable. Place had a Schits Creek vibe in the most positive way. We will be back.

This place was amazing. The price was the best around and the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. The hotel is old but has everything we could need for weary travelers. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed here a few weeks ago for the weekend to attend our family reunion, the staff is amazing, the beds are SO comfortable, the rooms were clean, great location in Afton, beautiful views and pet friendly for our yellow lab who is part of our family! Highly recommend and know where we will be staying next time we are in Afton! Also, what is Yoda’s last name? Lol

We stayed for several days to enjoy the area. This motel is GREAT! The beds are so comfortable and the showers are the best. Rooms are very clean and the linens smell so fresh. The town is a short walk from here with nice stores. I highly recommend checking out Wild Wyoming Outfitters in town near the giant antler arch.
Motel has some pet friendly rooms as well. There are lots of hiking trails to explore nearby as well. The owners are so hospitable and friendly. If you are in the area and need to stay, definitely check out the Lazy B Motel! We definitely plan to return.

We absolutely love Lazy B!! The whole staff is incredible from Booking to Check out. Wendy for years has gone above and beyond, I could sit outside and talk to Robert for hrs (go check out the new Sporting good store down the street) I cannot think of a single time I’ve stayed at the LazyB that I haven’t left with new friends/family and a greater appreciation for Afton. Thank you again for all your hospitality Wendy, Robert and Patricia. We will see you folks again down the road.

Was pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable rooms. The mattresses were so comfortable! After checking in, my husband left his driver's license and credit card at the front desk. The manager called us while we were having dinner and personally brought them to us. We were flabbergasted that he went that extra mile for his guests. Will definitely refer this fine motel.

Maybe the best-kept secret of motels in Star Valley. It must have been upgraded recently; the new touches are attractive and comfortable. And the beds are really excellent!

I love this hotel, wonderful beds, great showers, awsome owner. It don't get any better. If I'm anywhere with in an hour drive of this hotel, it where we stay at.

Love this motel! Although old fashioned it is clean and well-kept. Mattresses are unbelievably comfortable. The owners and crew are amazing! Always try to plan our trips so we can spend a night here!

Very pleased with this stay! Exceptional customer service and clean rooms. Pet friendly, and close to a hiking trail. Definitely will stay here again!

Super great host/front desk clerk who was super bubbly and nice. Rooms were very clean and we enjoyed food from a local pizza place in the lawn chairs out front. Great place for bikers because you can park the bikes right in front of your door. Thanks for a great stay!

What a great place! The new owner is just super and makes you feel right at home. The rooms are amazingly clean and comfortable (the towels are soft and smell super fresh; there's also no lack of nice, new pillows and super comfortable bedding). And for those that travel with fur babies, you are more than welcome with a huge pasture area for them included at the hotel property.

This place was a little gem! I loved that they use soap dispensers instead of having little individual soap products; such a money and environment saver.
Their beds were really comfortable and the rooms felt like home. I am hoping to stay here again one day!

No one would work with me for a reasonable price for my dog, The lazy B had destinated dog walking areas with dog bags for pickup, Large hot shower. But the kicker was I have traveled to over 38 States, And it's hard to find a good night's sleep in a motel But they had some of the most comfortable mattresses top...Me and my two months old sleep great

I was pleasantly surprised with this motel. CLEAN and the blankets and sheets smelled SO good! Friendly staff, good wifi, nice and quiet. I didn't have my kids with me, but it would have been a great place to take them.
