As of 9/19/2023, this Trillium CNG location is under maintenence with a work order requested last Thursday 9/14/2023 with no ETA as "we are waiting for parts." Will keep the comment updated as I hear back. I have been calling the customer support number daily.

9/22/2023 - Still waiting on "large part" 5 - 8 business day turnaround. Today is business day 8.

9/26/2023 - Compressor broke and waiting on parts. Fix should be completed sometime this week.

9/29/2023 - Still waiting on parts. Lady stated work was was started 9/28 but now need additional part before repair can be completed. Day 16 of non-operation.

10/1/2023 - still waiting on parts. No ETA.

10/2/2023 - still waiting on parts. No ETA.

10/4/2023 - still waiting on parts. No ETA.

10/5/2023 - still waiting on parts. 8 - 10 days to get parts from 9/28. Today is day 22 of non-operation.

10/7/2023 - still no fix or ETA. I can see Trillium truly prioritizes its truckers requiring CNG out here on the I10 passing through Casa Grande. Never in my life have I seen such a long turnaround such as this for gas pump maintenance.

10/9/2023 - am being told a delivery was made today but doesn't know any more. No ETA on fix.

10/10/2023 - correct part finally received. Hopefully fix is completed this week.

10/11/2023 - still not fixed.

10/16/2023 - still not fixed. no ETA.

10/17/2023 - still not fixed. No ETA.

10/25/2023 - Amber has confirmed as of 10/24/2023, the Casa Grande CNG Trillium station is back in commission. (I am hoping this to be true when I go to fill up later today - have been waiting over a month just to get CNG).

All is go!

Great location most the time. Only one other time had maintenence or something broke. Next closest is Chandler or Tucson.

pumps did not accept card for payment. Had to drive to Tucson for fuel.
