Showed up to pick up a load with an appointment window of 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. upon checking in at 8:06 a.m. they told me the load wasn't even ready and didn't know how long it would be till be ready. At 1:00 p.m. I checked in and he said there was still a couple hours till hed have everything ready. Total disrespect for driver's time and unprofessional to order a truck to deliver to their freight before the load is even ready to go.
