Wafa was a tremendous help in my purchase for my mother. She was patient and answered any and all questions, she made my experience great and I will shop with her again.

The associated Aniyah was awesome. This was my second trip trying to get my rings sized.Aniyah helped us with the problem and was very professional and curious. She took my information and she didn't stop until she found my contact and she measured my rings and now we wait.i was going to stop shopping with you because of the first time I was there, but because of Aniyah I changed my mind.Awesome customer service.

My husband and I met Leah, the store manager at the Broward Mall, when I was upgrading my engagement ring.

I had my eye on a very specific ring for over 3 years. Unfortunately, the ring wasn't available online or in any state within a few thousand miles radius. I was so sad and started looking at another ring....not as nice but nice enough. Leah saw the look on face and she told me not to settle and she was going to find my ring.

Leah delivered and found my ring in Hawaii and had it for me 4 days later!!!

Not only did Leah find my ring, but she provided amazing service beyond my expectations. She was amazing with my crazy boys. She was so personable that I felt like we were friends for years.

I hope Zales realizes the true "gem" they have in Leah at the Broward Mall. As someone who has been in hospitality management for 12+ years, I know she is one of a kind and would steal her in a minute.

I want to start out by saying a big thank you to the manager at the Broward Mall Zales location, Lea she is amazing !!! I'll make the story short I lost my rings at the beach a wave took the right off my hand. I was so upset for weeks. I contacted the place were we purchased the rings since they have me on file. I asked if there was rings and band that came close to the ones we got there years ago. Wouldn't you know it same band and a ring that was very close to the one i had so we went to go look at the rings and my heart melted and we got the rings, thank you Lea for being so amazing as always and caring. I highly recommend shopping here where they truly care about there customers.

Leah and her team were exceptional. I came in knowing that I wanted a ring, but had no idea what style or anything. Everyone was so patient and knowledgeable and I am super appreciative. Customer service now a days isnt what it used to be, so I was pleasantly surprised at how they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring. Will definitely be back

The store clerks, were very helpful during my visit to the store. Luis was very expeditious and looked up my account because I didn’t have my paperwork and he cleaned my rings. Also while I was there, Maryann helped me and try on new rings and gave me all the information to the questions I asked. I like going to this location.

I had a great experience. I came to pick up an order and Louis, Aniyah, and Mary-Ann were so helpful and careful with my delivery. They gave excellent customer service and answered any questions I had. All-in-all, perfect experience.

My favorite and most trusted jewelry store is Zales. I have been working with Mary Ann for years, following her from Pembroke Lakes Mall to Broward Mall and will continue to if there is anywhere else she may go. She always takes such great care of me and knows exactly what I love. Wouldn't do business with anyone else!

Arrived at the broward mall and stopped into this Zales store. Leah showed us several pieces and was extremely helpful in my wife purchasing a new ring. The staff also noticed my wife was wearing other pieces we bought here; they looked us up in the system and offered a complimentary inspection and cleaning on all of my wife’s jewelry.
