MTNside Ski & Ride

Our party went back again for February break. There were a lot more people there and parking spaces did fill up fast. We had roughly 20 people ski/ snowboarding and around 10 onlookers. Temps were in the 50s and were very slushy. At least it wasn’t freezing this time. We definitely need to go back on a powder day!! Wonderful staff as always, and very helpful. I would definitely ask for an invoice if you go with a group as the prices can sometimes be messed up but the staff were professional and solved any price issues there. Will definitely be back, hopefully before the season ends!!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and put up with me meandering the store for an hour so they could mount a binding and ski combo while I waited. Becky, specifically, was super knowledgeable, friendly and heard what I was asking for (budget friendly alpine touring combo w/ skins using an existing boot) and was able to find a package that was almost as cost efficient as another shop quoted for just the bindings, skins and mounting. Thanks again Becky and MTNside!

Super friendly staff, willing to help me after I had to get boots that would fit into my ski. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend if you have any problems with your skiing equipment.

I had the most amazing experience at the MTNside Ski & Ride.
I purchased my new boots from another supplier in Boston but when I was first using them my feet were in excruciating pain. So I went into this shop and spoke with Sandy about it. Sand took my bootliner off and got the problem very quickly and said, I shouldn't have been using it.

Sandy was so kind to help me out with a new pair of boots without charge. Thank you Sandy, you are an amazing human.

Best price around for mounting bindings anywhere. Good service, stored my skis until I could pick them up. Store has good selection of merchandise for skiing and employees were helpful.

The staff are very nice especially when you're not 100% sure what you're doing. They helped my fiancé find a board & boots, and they got my new skis tuned in less than 20 minutes.

Eric helped me pick out a board and bindings from the swap and a new pair of boots from the shop. He was helpful, enthusiastic and patient. Really appreciate his help.

Had a great experience getting fitted for my first ski boots with Kevin! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to find me a great pair of comfortable boots. Definitely looking forward to hitting the slopes this year!

MTNside Ski & Ride has a massive selection of gear and their knowledgeable staff sent me home with equipment that felt custom made for me. Mike is a master in his field. He was thorough and patient during my scheduled fitting. It was a fun and collaborative process. Mike measured my feet and assessed my abilities before putting my kit together. My boots fit perfectly! That is a feat in itself (pun intended). My new skis and bindings are suited to my weight and skiing style & ability. After all the serious business of my fitting, I shopped for accessories and love my new Smartwool quilted skirt for après ski. All around awesome experience!

I get my skis waxed and sharpened here. They have done a great job. They've always gotten them done quickly and are pleasant. The price for the service is actually a little less than I've found in town and they are far nicer to deal with. I'll keep bringing them up here.

Awesome ski tuning. Had them do two pairs for me while I skied another pair all day. They were pleasant and did great work. Would highly recommend for tuning and their prices are more than reasonable. I have also demoed skis here before and they were nice and had a good selection. They carry some very reputable brands including rossignol, Salomon, volkl, kastle, and others. Thanks for the awesome service!

The shop is great, brought my board in and had a full tune up in 20 minutes. Later in the day my bindings broke, and Zach fixed them for me in 3 minutes - no charge. Highly recommend getting work done while you're at the mountain, ends up saving time!

With shops it is not what happens when there isn't a problem. It is what happens when there is a problem. We had a problem with my daughters ski boots and the staff dealt with it professionally and took care of the problem exceeding my expectations. I was delighted. We have bought several sets of skis and Boots from them and I will shop there in the future. Great team great attitude - cannot say enough good things.

Awesome shop. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Prices and stock were the best I’ve seen anywhere. Jason hooked me up and taught me a lot in the process. Great experience, I will definitely buy all my gear here from now on.

Great experience with renting demos and then subsequently buying. Mark was super helpful and very patient with boot fitting and guided me to the perfect pair (plus poles).

Honestly didn't know what to expect from a shop on mountain but the guys were great getting me new ski boots in the style I wanted. Would recommend and go back!
