Luv Backstage. Comparable to TJ Maxx. Good quality items. Able to find leather bags, shoes. Business casual/professional attire discounted.

Love the new look. Naya went out of way to actually walk us to every product we were looking for.

Most of the clothing is floral I wouldn't say it's much cheaper then the non backstage part they had sale 40% off I think this place is ment more for adults then teens customer service is great

Today, we were looking for a clutch to accessorize my daughter's Homecoming gown. Not to many options to match her color scheme. But I will be back to shop for myself soon.

Good quality finds here. Surprisingly found more than I expected in backstage.

Tip: If you dont want to deal with a longer lines in the macy’s backstage, check if all itesm you picked from thenackstage has a price tag. If all items have it, yoy can checkout at any counters in the store. This will easily save you a good amount of time and also make it easy for overly worked backstage staff.

Someone used my credit card number to purchase $1,700+ worth of merchandise at this Macy's location and when I called them, they seemed to busy to even have a 30 second conversation about it. What little they did say insinuated that it was not their problem and they seemed unwilling to help in the least, as this person continued to make purchases (3 in total) in their store while I was on the phone with Macy's! Unbelievable!
