Absolutely amazing! Went here for the first time after living in Ephrata for about 3 years. The coffee is the best around, not too sweet but so creamy and amazing. Got my daughter and a bagel and it was so good, she wanted regular cream cheese but they have tons of different variety cream cheese as well. Will definitely be coming back for breakfast soon!

Great local coffee shop! I love their always rotating drink specials. I never had a bad coffee from here. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes it can be quite busy but they do a good job of keeping everything moving.

My go to cafe, I’ve personally worked in coffee shops and food for over five years and the owner runs this place really well, amazing staff and good food. The specials are always changing and they never skimp on portion size or quality! Their bagels are the closest I’ve come to fresh NYC style bagels in PA, and they make their own cream cheese flavors daily, they respect the schmear!

A slice of New York in Ephrata, PA. The owner has done a fantastic job of setting a New York style theme for this cafe. Between the coffee and food aromas to the decorations it’s easy to imagine yourself transported to the city.
I travel to New York on a regular basis for work and fun, and have been to many cafes there. While it’s not hard to recreate a New York coffee shop it’s more a challenge to keep a business running and thriving. The service is really good and timely. They are busy which shows the success they have grown. The coffee is excellent they use Lancaster County Coffee roasters. Cant go wrong. But the magic is their own creations of their coffee drinks, especially their cold brew. The food is really good. The walking burritos are a must as are the bagels and breakfast burritos. Check this place out, it’s good!

The best cafe in the area hands down! For the last year or so, I’ve ordered pickup from here at least twice a week and usually dine in on Saturdays with my husband. I work from home and Wired Cup is always my pick-me-up during the week. Since the beginning, the food and drinks have always been phenomenal! The NY style bagels, the homemade cream cheese, the breakfast sandwiches, the lattes and OMG the stuffed french toast(!!) - all so delicious! They are always adding new items and I love that they use seasonal fruits and flavors into their menu. This is definitely my happy place.

Kelsey, Shane, and Staff - keep up the great work! The food/service industry is hard work and often unforgiving. Know that you are valued and appreciated by so many in this community!

Came here twice today, one to pick up bagels for a customer and another time to get work done and drink some coffee. Both times the service was great and the fast and the coffee was amazing. I got the #3 breakfast sandwich on Asiago bagel and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely the best bagels around, period! Standard spreads are available BUT the house made flavors are out of this world. Lemon Oreo was out today and hit the spot on a blueberry bagel! Great coffee, great food, and friendly staff.

First time here at the wired cup! The wait was about what I expected, and for everyone going off about the prices, you must be living under a rock. For the quality of the food and selection, they are very competitive. I had a cold brew vanilla carmal coffee that was very good. Even though my wife liked it and she does not like coffee. I went there specifically to get the eagles green drink and I was a little disappointed because it was not really green at all. I think it was all mixed in, but the coffee was still good. Now for the beagle 😍 let me tell you something, this beagle was absolutely divine ✨ I got the everything beagle with their parm pesto cream cheese. After the first bite, I was transported to a different dimensions once and all confirming the multi verses theory. It was a intoxicating mixture of flavor and the perfect beagle crunch. 10/10 would recommend. Overall, 5 stars 🌟

I usually go to do remote work there on Wednesday mornings. I love the environment. It’s clean and homey. The staff are great. The food and beverage quality is great. I love the mocha cuppacino (frozen) and all the bagels i have tried are great and they always have a good variety to choose from. Sometimes I’ll get bacon, egg, and cheese on everything or French toast bagel with French toast cream cheese. Amazing! This cafe is like no other in the area. Thanks Wired Cup!

The food was AMAZING!! I was so excited to try the strawberry stuffed French toast and it did not disappoint!! All the food was delicious and the employees were kind and wonderful!

I want to go here, everyday, for the rest of my life. The caramel vanilla crème cold brew is by far, the best thing to have ever touched my tastebuds. I plan to return to try the cold brew and bagel flights, as well as try some different flavored bagels!

Interesting menu. Not just the typical breakfast entrees. The avocado toast was delicious.

This is my go to local cafe. Fast, efficient service with great food and coffee. Sometimes I even just stop by on my way to work for one of their bagels with specialty cream cheese. Owner is always friendly and super cute! Lol Def check it out!

Updated, you can absolutely pre-order ahead of time. So if you want a dozen+ bagels - just call a few days before!
Food is great. Bagels are great from the few I've had. Unfortunately you don't have the option of getting any unless you're able to get out of the house early morning or you know what you want to eat ahead of time to put an order in the night before, both very hard to do with an infant. They sell out by 10/11am it seems because I've been there many times now.

The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The service was excellent. I had their steak, egg & cheese burrito and it was amazing. This is a place I will definitely return, to try some more of their coffee and food.

Stopped by the other day. Very nice atmosphere! I got a bagel and an iced coffee. I will say the iced coffee was a little bit too sweet to my tasting. The cream cheese was amazing and lots of choices! But definitely I know to get the bagel toasted a little bit more next time. I still give it five stars . The employees were very nice and very attentive to all the customers making sure nobody was waiting too long.

This place is a hidden gem! It is a little hard to find because it's in the Ceramic Pro building, but so glad I found it.. I went this morning and got the Cocomo Latte and Loaded Grilled Cheese and both were the best! Try this place out :)
