Best burgers!!!! Better than Smash Burger and even Shake Shack and I am a fan of Shake Shack. What stands out above all the other places is the high quality and freshness of the beef to the buns to the fries to the large variety of fresh toppings that you can customize, plus you are seeing it prepared in front of you and not hidden. The entire operation is exposed to the customer who can see and hear the employees interact with each other and managers. Everything is made hot and fresh and the food is consistently good and their service is fast friendly and outstanding. The restaurant is clean neat and organized making visiting and dining a pleasure. The menu is uncomplicated and gives you just the right options and choices for a great freshly made burger, hot dog , fries, or shakes the way you want it. Love it!!! Keep up the great work.

I have been coming to Tilghman location for awhile and know the General manager Stephan from visiting have always had great services but Sunday 4/30 was the most passionate welcoming and farewell. I ordered with my family and the greeting was very warming and the whole crew did an amazing job of handling customers. Great job to the manager (Carlos) because he was on point with everyone order and his farewell was kind letting us know the fries are hot

They had wonderful customer service, and were very understanding when I told them that my mother had to have her hair dyed and that me and my brother had nowhere else to hang out and EVEN GAVE US A FREE THING OF FRIES so big thanks to Jason for being a very wonderful human being

I admit it, I'm biased. I like Five Guys no matter what. Nonetheless I use the app to order my food, and while I got there early it was easy to see that the staff is very friendly. Everything was prepared exactly the way we ordered. As delicious as ever.

Epitome of a burger joint. Most consistent when it comes to flavor and quality. Perfect hand-cut fries, juicy burgers, and luscious milkshakes.

This place is not a regular for us as we are trying to eat healthier, but it never disappoints. My online order wasn’t ready until about 20 mins after it was supposed to be. I wasn’t upset as it took me a bit to get there; but they were apologetic and put a couple of scoops of extra fries in my bag. It was enough that I could heat them up for the kids to have with lunch the next day! Delicious food, tastes fresh, nice people. I’ll be back for our annual meal next year :-)

Whether it's eating there or getting it delivered via UberEATS, it's 5 stars for 5 guys. Everything is always hot,fresh,and tasty. The burgers are banging, the hot dogs are great, and the fries hit the mark.I never liked their fries cause they were usually a greasy and sad mess. I wanted to revisit them for the review and I was happy with everything! Nothing will ever beat McDonald's fries but these def rank up there.When ordering to your house the burgers and dogs are wrapped in foil which keeps it hotter longer than just using paper. Will always go back.

Ordered delivery through the app tonight and my burger had 2 of the maybe 5 toppings I ordered. I called and the person I spoke with was fantastic! They weren't able to have a new burger delivered since it's done through door dash, so they refunded me. When I reordered, my food arrived correctly and with a $15 gift card. Thank you! :)

Andrea was incredibly kind! My wife is pregnant and was craving fries. We went in at closing and she kept reassuring us that it was fine and staff was extremely friendly.

This Five Guys was amazing. I was able to order online so I only waited a few minutes. They gave me a free soft drink while I waited. I received an amazing burger, plenty of perfect very hot fries. Clean, quick and awesome service.

Can't beat a Five Guys burger or fries, they're so good! I always order online and it makes getting your order so much quicker and easier. I've never had any issues here, orders are always correct and fresh. Prices are slightly higher than a typical fast food place but I feel like it's justified for the quality you get and the amount of fries! Employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean. Overall, I would recommend if you're hungry for a delicious burger and fries!

Great food. I love their fries! They did mess up my order at first but offered to remake it and I kept the incorrect burger. So my boyfriend has another burger for later. I like that all the toppings are unlimited. And we always get the cajun fries. Also, the time they open has changed. They no longer open at 10, they open at 11am like the rest. Also, they just got done doing a renovation so everything looks even nicer. The bathrooms are really clean.

This place was amazing! The girl who helped us was so friendly and knowledgeable!! Ive never been to Five Guys before and she made it easy to get what I wanted. Shout out to the cooks as well! Next time we are in Allentown we are definitely going back. And how do they get the peanuts to smell so good? I mean really??!! They taste great too. Hats off Five Guys you guys rock.

Girl with the red hair who usually works the cash register has excellent customer service. She also makes the best milkshakes and always recommends great flavors. She made me her own milkshake cocktail that tasted just like a snickers bar. Couldn’t enjoy myself anymore!

Always very good service at this location. Staff takes the time to accommodate my wife's food allergy, by putting on fresh gloves and preparing her burger separate. Will continue to come back here until service levels change.
