Great store not crowded and nice helpers , workers assisted my wife and daughter to find what they were looking for

I honestly had such a great experience at this Victoria Secret. I normally don't write reviews but I thought I should write something. An employee in Pink named Alicia was super nice to my daughter who is new to bras and helped her feel comfortable. Definitely coming again!

We had a wonderful customer service person Alma she was fabulous she helped me find everything that I needed as I am disabled and I cannot see. I love the clothing and the way that it fits me is perfect also a new fragrance came out which Alma showed me and I bought it it smells amazing. Very sexy orchid must have.

Pauline was very kind and helpful when helping me with my purchase, thank you so much for all of the help!

The employees was a lot of help, very nice and the prices are great. Went for a gift for a co worker.

I went into the store on Sunday, an amazing young man assisted me whom was very kind which he is always kind when I come in the store. I had a return that was a little unusual and he gave me the information on how to correct it. Long story short that didn’t work but I was able to call and speak to Christine who was very kind and understanding. I wasn’t able to go back that same day but informed her I would be there the next and there she was very sweet with excellent customer service. She was patient with me although I’m sure she was exhausted. It is so difficult to find great customer service and I am ecstatic to know that if I happen to shop again, I will always come back to this Victoria Secret store! Thank you again Christine, many people are quick to comment on the bad and not the good so you are doing an amazing job and keep up the good work!

BEST experience ever. The staff was great, Christine , Toni, Stephanie and all rest. They are the most honest people ever. Some cash was accidentally left at the counter and they kept it safe and returned it to us. This speaks volumes of that store. Give them all a raise.

I went around Christmas time with a friend and it smelled nice of course as always. It was pretty crowded. The line to pay was ridiculous it was the holiday season after all. We tag teamed the line. I waited in line while my friend shopped. By the time she got what she needed I was about half way through. I have to say the line was moving at a relatively descent pace. All in all we got what we needed with no fuss and no muss.

Everyone was absolutely so helpful from the moment I walked in ! But Alexis was absolutely wonderful, from being extremely patient with me and kind ! I will def return and purchase more from here ! 10/10 recommend ! Thank you Alexis!

This store actually will recognize a man walking in as a potential buyer and will help them unlike other local VS stores. They are quick, as I am when I shop, and know where the product is in the store. I prefer this store to shop even though there's one directly across the street from me just because of the customer service! What's a 10 to 15 min drive to be treated like a person opposed to spending 20 looking around like a mouse for cheese... It's very unfortunate to say but it's places like Sawgrass that makes Amazon prime the first choice for people like me.

Always an experience to shop here , some prices are less some are more , yet when shopping lady's we all want sexy ! This is the place to go for Essentials .Men looking for that favorite scent ,bra or panties for your special lady this IS the store to go to.

Dazmin is An Excellent associate shopping with him from time to time is always a pleasure i been coming to the store for 3 years nos amd his knowledge amd help never ceases to amaze me , me and my daughters appreciate it. Great associate and guy overall love shopping at this location with him.

Love this place to shop with my wife. Has same discounts like other outlet shopping malls but is not crowd. Best of all has good stock on variety and sizes.

I mean Victoria's Secret has really nice bras with really nice support. Just not good for my pockets. I'll wait for a sale of 20 dollar bras.
