Metro by T-Mobile

Kenya Reed gave my son and I excellent customer service. Kenya greeted us with a smile & very helpful with selecting our upgraded phones. She didn't try to push the most expensive phones but knowledgeable about every phone. She didn't rush us, took her time & pleasant through the whole process. This has been the best experience with Metro. Metro needs more customer service associates just like Kenya. Thank you Kenya, you are the best!!

I went to get a new phone just when the store was closing. The guy had no problem with 10 minutes to close. Got me together in 30 minutes without an attitude. Plus threw in some freebies. It was a good experience

Went to this store many times as a sprint customer ,at least I thought but since the merger I wasn't sure there is t mobile stuff everywhere im thinking new marquee , new employee's ugghh. I just want to upgrade my phone and I don't want any mess. My experience from start to finish was amazing complete staff were more than professional, and really made the experience all the more comfortable but our expert went more than above and beyond ,Cristina Arias is definitely who you want to look for if you happen to stumble in to this location , got more than we came for and some extra for our budget.

Store was not busy. Staff were very nice, knowledgeable of products and specials and provided excellent customer service. They even took a look at my bill and was able to save me 25%. Thanks!

Store was not busy when we went in. There is some parking in front of the store. Easy to spot from normal traffic. Entrance is wheelchair accessible. Before you buy, check to see if TMobile coverage is good in your area because MetroPCS uses the TMobile network. I was originally with boost for $100 a month with taxes and fees included for two lines. Switched to MetroPCS, for the same unlimited plan and for $80 a month taxes and fees included for two lines. Also switched because of the awesome deal of getting an iPhone SE for free. Then if you have another line, you can get another iPhone SE for free. The representative helped us and got us up and working within 45 mins. Walked out the store paying $102 for the first month service and two new iPhone SE's. Can't get a better deal than that.

The lady at this store was cool as a cucumber. She also helped my phone (it would do everything but make or receive calls) and did not charge me a dime.

Alex was and duane are the best and went above and beyond and i would highly recommend people stop in and see them
