Dr. Alon Grosman, DMD

I have been going here since 2005 with my 2 girls. They absolutely love dr. Maria Grosman and dr Alon Grosman. The office has grown over the years and some of the staff has moved on but o continue to go here because I trust their work and they have an open office policy.

Great team my daughters love this place. They were accommodating to my daughter with Autism. Now both girls go here.

Receptionist are the face of the office they can make or break your Business. Stephanie the front desk receptionist has the absolute worst customer service she hung up the phone when being asked a question regarding a mutual patient. I called back and spoke with Joana who stated that she couldn’t assist me because she had 2 other calls on hold. These Girls really need to be trained because they lack professionalism. I have never experienced this from an office and if the owners know this is their behavior it speaks volumes. We will no longer be referring patients to this office.
