Dentistry at Serenity Cove

Deisy, Juan and their entire staff are amazing, they’re friendly knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. I love that it’s a family business and how you can tell that Dr. Deisy absolutely loves what she does. My wife and I have been going to her for years and I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist or even just a second opinion on a procedure.

This was by far the best experience at the dentist I’ve had and usually I dread it. On top of the wonderful amenities and staff, Dr. Deisy was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions simply. She was very thorough and advised me on all my needs, in a way that no dentist has been able to do. Additionally, she pointed out a nose/breathing issue that has been bothering me for a while, that I was actually just about to see a doctor about. (Just to mention, multiple doctors before were not even able to recognize this.) She is much more than a dentist and Serenity is perfect!

Took my son in today as a new patient and they really made it a priority to set his mind at ease. Like most kids, he was nervous going to a new dentist but he walked out today so happy! Wonderful staff and dentist

Where do I start- I have been coming here since they opened! I don’t like dental offices because every doctor who goes to work in my mouth, either isn’t gentle enough or would say something extra! But Dr. Deisy is kind, gentle and caring with every word or hand stroke she has to make or say. The ambiance here is very warm and welcoming, it’s a spa but for the mouth. You will literally fall asleep while they either cleaning your teeth or fixing something in your mouth! Anyone who needs a dentist this is your place to go!! My husband, father, grandmother and now mother goes here, she is that great. Juan along with the staff is warming and welcoming every time. Keep it up everyone!!

My entire family visits this dentistry and we are very pleased with the level of compassion, kindness, and professionalism Serenity Cove provides. I have been to many dental practices and they pale in comparison to the level of detailed care my family and I have received. I just had the best exam and cleaning ever! Dr. Deisy and staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed in their office. The office was immaculate and absolutely state of the art. This Dental office is amazing! The Doctor has Amazing hands she really has the touch!! My wife is one of those that get nervous when going to the dentist. They did the best to relax her. My wife was very happy at the end. We no longer looking for another Dental office. Very clean office. The staff are great. 5 start all the way.

I have never reviewed a Dentest before and I avoid dental care - that said Serenity Cove honestly is amazing!! Relaxing, supportive, and excellent care. This office is a keeper!! I went there without an appointment because of an impacted wisdom tooth with infection, inflammation and pain. They quickly made space for me in their schedule because of the emergency. I only waited a few minutes and the environment was really neat, aesthetically decorated and had calming music. They even offered me to watch Netflix while I waited. The treatment was really kind and careful.

The most knowledgeable, kind, gentle dentist I’ve ever been to! I recommend Dr. Norena to all of my family members and friends. The office is spotless with a very modern look. Every time I go in for a cleaning, whitening, or any other dental work, I am received with warmth and professionalism. I could not possibly recommend Serenity Cove to more people. I have the healthiest teeth I’ve ever had.

10/10 recommend! Dr. Norena is an amazing and very professional dentist, who makes sure to explain all steps and every procedure. She really cares about her patients and it shows; at my last visit, she pointed something out in the layout of my teeth that no other dentist has before, thereby allowing me to improve my dental health! Dr. Deisy is the first Dentist that I actually like. First off the office it's self is so calm and relaxing. Very high tech and welcoming. Dr. Deisy makes you feel very comfortable with everything she is going to do. She has the best assistance's too. I highly recommend her and her office.

Normally hate the dentist but you walk in and feel like you just entered a spa! Their technology is top of the line. They even have TVs on the ceiling for you to watch Netflix while you get your cleaning done! The entire staff was super friendly and I love that it is family owned. Can’t wait to go back and will recommend to everyone I know!

Dr. Deisy Norena-Otero is one of the BEST in the industry. This is a new location in Cooper City and I’m glad my friend recommended this spot. Upon entry, it’s relaxing. The name of the business fits the setting. Dr. Norena-Otero cares about her patients wanting to feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr.Norena-Otero also offers quality service. She has a bunch of services — from a general cleaning to fillings, extractions, and root canals she offers it all! My visit was for a cleaning and teeth whitening and I left with a brand new smile! I even received compliments from family, friends, and coworkers. I support her business and I’m glad to see how successful she’s doing in Cooper City. This is my new home dentistry.

To start off. The staff are so welcoming! From the Dr. To their assistants. The place is beautiful, organized, and clean. Their cleanliness definitely matches their services. They made sure i was accommodated throughout my entire appointment. They have made Scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments a quick and smooth process.

I 've been looking for a Dentist for almost a year because I wasn't satisfy with my last. When I noted Serenity Cove Dentistry was going to be Open soon I was so happy. I kept on checking because my Nails Salon is next to them. Finally they're Open. I met The Manager who was so welcoming in one second he gave me the Dentist Resume . I got an appointment that day . Deep inside before meeting her. I know she will be Dentist I 've been looking for. Believe me she knows what she is doing. She's Professional, Caring and Courteous. The Office "State Of The Art ". Give her a Trial, you wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I came across Dr. Norena through a friend. I came in with many issues with my teeth and she comforted me with a plan. Had a couple procedures done and she’s very professional and so down to earth. Very easy to talk to and she actually cares. Would deff recommend 10/10

Took my wife and I was very impressed with the attention to details and the care and service she received. The office is immaculate and very high tech and with a lots of attention to patient care and relaxation. There’s even a tv you can watch while laying down and getting treatment. Can’t wait for it to be my turn! Never thought I would say that about visiting the dentist.

I just want to say that I have always hated the dentist, the thought of hearing a small drill in my mouth always made me cringe till I found Dentistry at Serenity cove! The staff and especially Dr. Norena made me feel soooo comfortable and relaxed!!!! Dr. Norena is very gentle and professional!
