I will not go anywhere else for my dental implants. The service at Dr. M. Center excellent. Dr. M. is MARVELOUS with his dental techniques. This is the second time I have been under his treatment for my implants. I wish he would do everything so I would not have to go to my general dentist for the crowns. The office staff is top notch too! I highly recommend his services.

I spent months shopping in Miami for a reasonably priced surgeon to remove all 4 wisdom teeth and I think it’s safe to say that most of those offices don’t come close to this one. Fairly priced and just amazing service in every aspect I could ask for.

Francisco is extremely friendly, quick and easy to work with. You can quickly see he is a genuine person who cares for his clients. His staff is well equipped, efficient and straight to the point! I mainly interacted with Candy and Emily but everyone here just made the process so easy and I really appreciate the effort. I don’t recall much after my extractions but the person who tended to me said Candy carried me to my car like nothing. Lol these woman are amazing!

Dr. Montamarta is an amazing doctor with a great attitude and is very professional and caring. His staff is also amazing, friendly and follows up to see how you are doing after your surgery. I do not live in the US so I fly into the US just to do my dental work at Dr. M. I have had two implants, bone and gum grafting done by Dr. M and I did not feel a thing!! Highly recommended!!

I got gum work done on my bottom front teeth about 5 years ago & wanted to update my negative review.

I am older now & realize the work he did was great. Every time I visit a dentist I get compliments on the graft.
Originally I was upset because I wanted the hole between my bottom 2 front teeth to be filled in, but I now realize that it requires a different cosmetic surgery for that.
I did have bone showing and that’s what he did in fact fix. It’s still holding pretty good & might be back in future for other gum surgeries. Office is very clean & the staff is amazing.

Dr. M is the best the Periodonist in all of Florida. My oral surgery was very relaxing and I experienced no pain. I highly recommend this dental office for all your oral care.

Excellent service. Both Dr. Montamarta and his assistant and staff are very caring and treat patients as top priority. Give detailed instructions before the surgery, and always follow up with the patent the next day after the surgery to make sure things are going well. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. M and his wonderful team. I was referred to their office by my dentist for an extraction of a fractured tooth and I was feeling anxious about the procedure since I had never needed to have a tooth pulled out. From the moment you arrive at their office you are made to feel at ease. Everyone who works there is very professional and attentive, and Dr. M himself is a wonderfully charming and charismatic guy who patiently explains everything to you in detail. In summary, my tooth extraction was done perfectly, I felt no pain or discomfort, and the whole procedure and the healing were a lot quicker than I had imagined. I am very grateful for the care I received and I will not hesitate to go back if I need any dental surgery in the future.

Where do I start! Dr. M and the office staff are amazing, I had some extractions with bone graft done and currently in the healing process to get my implants done. I did not feel a thing and even a day or two later I did not have any pain. Dr. M is professional and has his own techniques that help his patients feel comfortable. The office staff is also professional, caring, and friendly. Another plus is the efficiency of the office, I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. If you need anything done, I recommend Dr M.
