Great customer service at front desk and breakfast area (Dee). Rooms are clean. Great location. Loved the fact that it's. close to the shopping area and a few dining spots which are accessible by foot.

I would high recommend this hotel from any hotel in Richmond really nice people and they take care of u. No bugs really clean has dove soap and shampoo and free breakfast plus Wi-Fi really nice beds heat ac fresh room.

I saw all the hi and low reviews, but, booked here anyway - glad I did. After casually, speaking with someone who appeared to have ownership in the building, it was clear they are moving as fast as they can on improvements to the hotel - it takes time and money - supply chain issues didn't help.
I found the hotel quiet, beds comfortable, generally pretty good and most important to me - a "constant on" fan to help reduce background noise at night - critical feature for me when I travel.
One thing I found unsafe was the back door out of the lobby did not close all the way and was left open even at night. Hope they get that serviced soon.
I'd stay there the next time I'm in Virginia.

We recently stayed here for a wedding in the area. The staff was very accommodating and were a joy to meet. The rooms were decent, and breakfast was a nice touch. This establishment is in a very good location. Everything you could need surrounds their grounds. We accidentally left a sun hat, and the staff is actumailing it back to us!

My stay was 100% fantastic. The bed was like a cloud, no hot water issues (pressure was on the light side but not bad), room was clean, breakfast was solid, coffee was actually good, and the staff was so excellent! Every single staff person I interacted with was completely awesome - helpful, professional, and kind :)
the location is also right next to a mall so it's conveniently located to food, shopping, grocery store across the street, etc.

The staff is AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful. The hotel literally is walking distance from the mall and several restaraunts. If you just need a nice clean worry free room for a few days, this is it!

First impressions was very good. We booked in around 10pm on Saturday and the nearby area was really chill. We entered and the one who attended us was very nice. The hallways were being film with good new security cameras. (Not outdated ones). The room and beds itself was clean and nice. I loved how it's near Chesterfield's Towne Center. Beds were soft, and comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was nice, cannot expect too much for a hotel and the price but we did not need to stop anywhere else for food!

Stayed here about a week ago. Checkin was easy, staff was nice, rooms were clean, bed was soft, and breakfast was better than expected. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Virginia.

My husband and I are moving south and needed a place to crash with our two large dogs during the trip. Our trip was delayed a day by the storm, and despite guest services telling us we were too late to modify our reservation, the hotel manager on shift 7/7 accommodated is without issue. When we arrived, staff was friendly and our room was clean. Staying in pet friendly places can sometimes leave you with a musty or grungy room, but you wouldn’t know this room was pet friendly! Finally, we had lots of belongings in the trailer we were worried about parking overnight. The parking lot was well lit and then location felt secure. We got a great nights rest and would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the same!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while attending a family event near Midlothian. I was extremely pleased with both the facilities and service I received. The lobby, hallways, and room were very clean and well decorated. My comfortable, king room was spacious, decorated in mute colors, and had all the amenities I required, including a refrigerator and microwave. Everything in the room was in working order. Both the day and night desk clerks I interacted with were very personable and efficient. Check in and out was a breeze.

I did not take advantage of the free breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that. Everything that I did experience was completely satisfactory and I will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area.

They took care of our family well. Very clean and comfortable stay. A large spacious room for the four of us. The front staff was very accommodating and the cleaning staff was polite. The breakfast was always hot and we ate our fill daily. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. Our experience here was great. Rooms were clean and the the whole place was kept clean. The only negative was that the tubs are slippery. I slipped a couple of times while in there. Great location very close to a lot of things.

Very nice hotel. Best thing about it is the friendly staff. They offer great customer service and tend to your needs. I will complain about 1 thing only and I hope this gets rectified; the dryer in the laundry room was so filthy. I cleaned the vent and found so much debris inside of it. This is such a fire hazard. It took 3 times to dry to get everything dried.

Great location and super friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel could use a refreshing on some of the room furniture but not a big deal. The shower water pressure alone is worth 5 stars. Enjoyed my short stay.

I stayed for 2 days for an interview and I must say that I had a pleasant experience at this hotel that I have not had at any other hotel we had stayed in. The rooms was so clean and the shower felt great and the beds slept so well. the room was not stuffy at all and the view was great where one could look out at the mall and other areas. The breakfast menu was very tasty indeed. We will stay again if they have another opening

Our hotel room was spotless even though we were in a pet room. It is an older hotel inside and does not match the outside. We brought our golden retriever with us. There is no weight limit and no pet fees with this hotel which is why we chose it. I've read some horrible reviews and not sure how this hotel got them. No beg bugs, which I'm highly allergic to anything biting me so i would know. The only thing I suggest is some pet waste bags in the rear entrance. We always have some with us but others had not cleaned up their dog waste which is sad because the landscaping and grass is beautiful. The double beds were not the most comfortable but we also weren't staying at a $200 a night hotel.

Great place to stay. very friendly. very clean. Nice big brand new televisions. rooms were very clean. beds were excellent. plenty of pillows. plenty of space in the rooms. plenty of parking. easily accessible right in front of a mall. very close to everything including Richmond and the downtown area. We were always greeted by the staff every time we entered. because of COVID-19 are breakfast was in bags but it was very nice to have breakfast every morning, free. microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, hangers, nice TV, desk, plenty of seating, alarm clock with USB ports.

This LaQuinta is well kept and very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Due to COVID, breakfast is not served in the community areas, but coffee is available and the front desk will provide breakfast in a bag to go.
There are wipes in the rooms to clean off high touch items and there is hand sanitizer in the common areas.
I would certainly stay at this location again.

Out of the 3 wyndham places we've recently booked, this is by far the best. Front desk staff is courteous and informative. The housekeeping staff is thorough. The area seems safe and there's lots of great places to eat and shop.
