Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center of Boca Raton

The worst run medical office I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. They offer clinical trials but the staff do not know vital information about the studies they offer. I had 3 visits and never once saw the doctor, only one inept medical assistant after another. They ran a million tests, kept me waiting for hours on end, and had me repeat tests over and over due to not knowing how to use the machine and clerical errors. In the end, they said I did not qualify for the study do to a medication I was on. Should that not have been checked before wasting over 15 hours of my time, taking blood and putting me through countless tests? With this experience, I have to believe this is a mill where they could care less about actually helping patients. Avoid at all costs.

The staff is the worse ever. They will not answer calls always goes to voicemail. They will not return calls, almost impossible to get an appointment unless you make it when you visit the doctor.

I like Dr Dewey he is amazing, but I cant get answers and appointments when needed. I left a voicemail to reschedule my appointment over a month ago, nothing from the staff, I have Parkinson's Disease for heavens sake! Time is essential!
