Took some white dress shirts in along with 2 suits at the location off Wasatch Blvd in Salt Lake. Carrie was super friendly, genuine, and I really enjoyed our interaction. Excellent customer service. That's what matters most to me. I love how I can track the progress of my cloths. I left feeling confident I was being taken care of and my cloths would be taken care of. The suits aren't cheap and they looked flawless when I got them back. The turnaround time was great. And when I picked my clothes up I met Sherri who continued the genuine service. More places should adopt the kind of service they provided me. Thank you again ladies, I appreciate you both, I'll be back soon. Definitely earned me as a continuing customer. -Austin

This incredible dry cleaner does the impossible on a regular basis! I’m amazed when I pick up a new-looking, fresh, clean, waterproofed, ski jacket when I dropped off a well-used, soiled, and often-greasy ski jacket. I’m grateful for the fast, excellent service, the friendly staff, and the wonderful results!

I was going to the Downtown Aves location as it was close to work at that time. Since have moved locations, I wanted to continue going to Henrie's because they have always done an excellent job with every item I have brought it-including a purse. I trust their service. I found the wasatch Blvd location and I rec'd the same friendly experience and quality service that I rec'd from the previous location. I am a loyal customer and fan!

I've been with Henrie's for several years now, and found them to be prompt, courteous, and very well organized. They bar-code and track each piece as it works through their system, and have returned several items I've inadvertently left in my pockets. We love Henrie's.

I brought in my suit and an additional pair of suit pants and the total came to $28. I was very pleased with the service and friendly attitude of the employees. They also offer free pick up and delivery so I am pretty excited to try out that feature!

They go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. My clothes are always in great shape when I pick them up and they are able to clean leather and suede.
