Sold our home in two days and helped us find our new home easily. We finally decided after 11 years in our first home we were ready to move on to bigger and better. After trying By Owner and meeting with our realtors we knew Jeff Chenore was the best choice. Melissa and Jeff were there for us every step of the way. We showed the house on Friday and were under contract Monday. They had our best interest covered! Next was looking for our new home. Luckily we knew the exact area we wanted. We looked at a few foreclosures that was not fun. Then found our new home. It was perfectly located and was the original owners. I walked into the home worried about all the updates it needed to bring it to a modern home. However Jeff knowing great bones and a super awesome location talked me through my worry. I was able to update what we wanted, got my kids in the schools we wanted and had the space we needed. I never felt pressured or not important. I am grateful to the Chenore Group for all their help. We will definitely use them again when it is time to move to the chapter of our lives.

Realtors, they are all similar correct? WRONG, My family recently had the pleasure of Buying a Home and Selling our home through the Chenore Group.
Why them? This is not an easy answer as there were so many details that after 17 years in our old home we did not think about.

Sure the Chenore Group is led by Jeff and Melissa; but this is a real Group of folks that are savvy, smart and built to over exceed expectations. The teams market knowledge and work ethic puts them in a position to Win. As their consumer, I know my family won! Being in the technology field it was educational to watch how they controlled their environment.
Knowing the market lets them concentrate on getting fair value (and more) for their clients. From recommendations, pictures, Social Media and communicating throughout the process they left little to chance. We had an open house on a Saturday and had five offers on our home within 18 hours. We went under contract in less than 36 hours and at every Milestone, someone from the team was physically with us. These folks work hard and it shows. The Chenore Group sincerely has earned our patronage and trust through their rock solid performance and no not all Realtors are the same.

We moved in to Laguna isle in 2003 and have loved every minute. The Chenore real estate group has had a major presence in the neighborhood the whole time.
