I was in the mall for something entirely different that took time to get ready. In the interim, I decided to go into Kay's just to look. That's when I met Karen. She was extremely professional and helpful, and, I ended up walking out with a beautiful necklace. THANK YOU KAREN! I definitely recommend this store!

Karen is great. I went in with an idea and price range and she found me the perfect ring. She knows her jewelry well, I mean she even knew my ring size without measuring of course she made sure but she knew it. She is pleasant and patient. The store is super clean and everyone else is just as nice.

Love this location! I worked with two young ladies today, there were extremely helpful and kind. The transaction was so quick and smooth. Ana did an exchange for me Ranaesha greeted me and was sure I left with a huge smile. I appreciate it so much!

Karen is my Angel , she was so friendly, helpful, and most importantly a woman of her word. She held a piece for me til the next day, all while looking for the original piece I wanted. And called me like she said she would the next morning to tell me that my original piece didn’t come in the shipment that day. Regardless she found and even better piece for me and held it for me. I came in to get my ring resized and I ended up getting a new ring for myself and my husband. The service was exceptional. Sylvia and Anna were the best they made me get the store card and also gave me discounts that caused us to both get new wedding rings after 8 years of marriage. Really was a great experience I am so glad I went there.
