Very nice folks out there a little slow or maybe just not updated to recent technology but good experience for one time a year kinda thing

If I could I would give a zero. Your judges should not be able to rule a case that they are friends with anyone who is on the case as far as sides. Giving some 9mths for something they paid the damages to so they got their money but because you were friends with them and you made that clear as soon as you made your ruling. I think you should be fired and made to do time yourself but wait I forgot all the judges in this area have a part of their own money in western tide water. So good luck if you do anything in this area no matter how little you will spend some time in western tidewater so they can make even more money off you.

Went to jail for “10 days” just because I couldn’t recall a situation!

Injustice at its finest, my traffic ticket for "81" in a 55 gave me 10 days in jail even when the trooper didnt show up twice for the court dates set nor had any proof of radar detection, pacing,dash cam. The judge took the troopers word that it looked like i was doing 81. A Caucasian doing 65 in a 25 that didn't stop for a school bus and his license was suspended only got a warning. Anything to send minorities to the suffolk jail.

It a Shame that in 2020 people are still unwilling to give equality and even handed Justice to it Citizens. This clerk and Her office is full of individuals that are not qualified to service the people of this county.

I felt rushed in court and barely got to tell my side of the case. It felt like the cops and judge were against be before I even spoke so no matter what I was going to say I wouldn’t win my case. Also just very rude people.

City inefficiency at its finest. Good luck with anything. How are we this behind in 2022? Maybe some funding should be redirected...go figure.

Majority of these people are racist.
