Its been 10 years since Ive bought anything from them but it is always a pleasant experience, the sales associates and staff are all very nice. I knew what I wanted when I went in, they had it on the floor so i could see it and Caleb or Kaleb (not sure on spelling) got me squared away and on my way in less than an hour.

Ben was a delight and knowledgeable about my bedding questions and sold me the right set. Mike has always been great when discussing the credit details. Great staff in my opinion!

I've had 4buys at Shewels and I've always been treated with respect and dignity. Excellent customer service representatives everytime I stop by. Very courteous and knowledgeable about products and deals. I feel at home there and like part of a family. I love these guys. Will continue to be a committed customer.

The salesman was very professional, and I didn’t seem pressured to purchase something I wasn’t looking for. The paperwork process was easily explained, and it was a pleasant experience all the way around.

We found a couch we really liked online, got to try it out in store and bought it same day. We missed the big sale though but the price was still good. Smooth and painless purchase.

We wanted a love seat and found one at a great price. We were originally told that their was an extra 100 off of it if bought on a certain day, but when we got there they said the deal didn't actually apply to our order. The management still met our originally promised price of 100 off though, so great customer service. Would recommend over grand for prices alone.

After visiting several furniture stores in the area looking for a bedroom suite for my mom. We walked in to Schewels and found exactly what we were looking for. Chloe, who was the sales rep, was amazing and purchasing the pieces we bought was easier than I thought it would. To be honest, I thought that Schewels had a reputation for cheaper brands of furniture. I found that to be the complete opposite.

Chloe was a great salesperson. Didn’t pressure me at all. Very friendly and stayed close enough to find while I was looking around the store for a nightstand if I had questions about pricing or anything else that I needed. Would definitely recommend schewels for furniture. Everything I’ve bought has held up for years and Through two different moves.

Very good salesperson. No pressure, told him what I was needing and he took me to the one I had researched without knowing that I had. No upsale etc. Pleasant experience. It was surprising versus some of the other stores attempts to sale what I didn't want.

Chiyomi and Chloe were very professional and friendly as well and I liked that. Chiyomi worked hard to get a pymt that I could afford so I now have a Love Seat Recliner. Yea!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

I was met at the door with a pleasant greeting. I felt like I was important to Schewels and didn't have to be waited on. Everyone is friendly and knows their duty. Very satisfied.

Outstanding customer service and an overall great shopping experience. We purchased a mattress from Chiyomi in the Christiansburg store. She answered our questions and let us determine what we liked without trying high pressure sales tactics like some other places. The mattress we selected was not in stock, but available at a nearby store and we were promised next day delivery. Jonathan, the store manager, and another coworker (apologies for not knowing his name) drove to the other store the next day to pick it up and make a delivery to us. A mix up occurred and they had to drive to a second store to get the mattress, but they were still able to deliver it the next day as promised. The two of them were on the road nearly all day long. Unbelievable commitment to their word and exceptional service. Unfortunately, we did have an issue requiring follow-up action, but it was no fault of the store. Our concern was handled quickly and to our satisfaction. Bobby and Tony came by our house to assist with our issue and they addressed it very professionally and courteously. The entire staff were nothing but the best. We will not hesitate to do business with Schewels in the future. Customer service second to none!

Our young sales lady, who we always go to, is totally amazing!! Not pushy like most. Hopefully she’ll be there for awhile since we’re frequent customers!!❤
