Did not rush me, Answered ALL of my questions with no problem at all. Will only be handling my car insurance with him every single time!!! I'm truly satisfied with the care Bryce took with me. I have been a customer of Janet Fernandez’s State Farm office for coming up on 10 years. From the moment I switched to their office to as recently as yesterday, the staff at this office has been outstanding. Over the years, I have called about everything from policy questions to advice on how to handle my teen driver’s adventures. The phone is answered by a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful team member.

I want to extend a special thanks to Cheri and Rosie for being so helpful and kind in assisting my mom yesterday. They truly took “taking care of their customer” to the next level. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality insurance with personalized service.

I just switched my home, auto and umbrella policies from Allstate to State Farm and I'm saving at least $300/month for better coverage. Angelica and Tatiana Martinez are the greatest assets to this branch. Their service was impeccable and warm-hearted through and through. I was under the impression that I was covered in certain areas for my home and auto and when I was checking in; they individually took their time and brought to my attention how underinsured I was. They were incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to break everything down in bite size pieces for me to understand and retain. They answered all my questions, concerns, and followed through exactly when they said they would. They were incredibly tactful, I never knew Insurance could be made this simple. I have since switched State Farm branches to this one, and it’s because of them. If you ever have any doubts on your insurance, bring it to the attention to either Angelica and/or Tatiana, and they’ll make sure it’s taken care of to the fullest extent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I have been a customer of Janet Fernandez for over 15 years. They have always been great to work with and have always been there to assist me with any insurance /claims issues. But the reason for my review 15 years later is the service I recieved from one particular representative. Today I was drowning in several insurance issues that I had postponed and had accumulated leaving me with a daunting task at hand. I had the pleasure of getting Christopher Juarez on the phone, who held my hand as we cleared every outstanding issue I needed to address. Very-very cool!! I can't say enough good things about the team at Janet Fernandez's State Farm Insurance company, and if I had one person to single out as a superstar when it comes to customer service, it would be Chris J. I called the office late afternoon one day and Chris began to create a quote. I realized how late it was and offered to call back the next day. Chris said he was glad I called and finished the quote. The superior service has continued after that day with follow up calls and friendly service. It is nice to deal with competent people who follow through with their promises. It is a pleasure dealing with Chris and I would highly recommend the office. Great rates compared to my last company.
