The very best service I could have wished for! A real person answered the phone on Sunday and was available if we thought it was that much of an emergency. Our bathtub faucet was running and the controller had broken. They gave us an estimate based on pictures and actually did the work for slightly less. They arrived on time, got the job done right, marked the internal shut-off for us so that next time we don't need to find the meter in the yard and use the special tool. Overall, a very big relief to our problem. I am so glad I chose Millcreek Plumbing to call that day and, without any doubt, they will be my go-to plumber next time.

Amazing work with great customer service. Dan was unbelievable in taking care of our plumbing problem. We had repeated obstruction around our sewer line joints so chose a sleeving procedure to fix this recurrent problem. Not only was Dan and his team careful. they restored the work area to perfection. I will recommend them to anyone and continue using them in the future as I totally trust them.

Great experience with Millcreek Plumbing. My kitchen sink stopped draining. They were able to fit me in that afternoon. Jesse came by and quickly resolved the issue. He was so nice and helpful and it was a reasonable price. I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing needs!

My water service line from my meter to my house was leaking and they came out to repair it.

I'm very leery of trades trying to nickel and dime homeowners, but Millcreek Plumbing has been the least painful and easiest experience I've had with anybody in the trades. Their price was fair, and wasn't inflated by commission, like several of the other shops in the Salt Lake valley.

Chris and Dan headed things up and they did it in one day, and did it professionally. They would have got it done sooner if I didn't have to wait on insurance to approve the claim.

After going through 2 other plumbers to troubleshoot a hot water circulation problem-Millcreek found the problem right away and fixed it after others just scratched their heads and charged for no results. Tony, Dan and Jordan at Millcreek are great to work with. Replaced over 200 feet of main water line at a busy retail center. It was a major effort to coordinate traffic, parking and water shut off for the impacted businesses. They made it easy and completed the work with minimal disruption. Also had them regrade and replace an interior drain line for two bathrooms that were constantly backing up. It involved cutting into the concrete floor and digging under interior office walls. They were able to work outside the hours of a busy business. Strongly recommend for all your commercial plumbing needs.

Millcreek is awesome. We had a leak where our waterline came into the basement. They identified it and had it fixed all in 48ish hours. They are very nice and explain everything very well. Josh, Chris, Jose, Brody and Miguel are all top notch.

They replaced our main and stop and waste a while back; we recently discovered a leak at the fitting from the stop and waste to the sprinkler line. They were fair and upfront with their pricing, easy to work with, and took care of a grading issue with our main line in a prompt, skillful, and professional manner.
