The team at this location is absolutely stellar, and kept an entire neighborhood going during COVID — their positive energy and friendly faces make any day better.

This is a very demanding location on weekdays. It's swamped in the mornings, around 8 a m. They get my coffee right, and they are very polite at the window. Their drive-through can get extremely backed up. Be patient. These employees are working very hard. I've seen how some of the customers treat the employees. Please don't be one of those people who are frustrated and take it out on the staff.

I have to thank the staffs who helped me save my business binder. They are friendly and honest. I had breakfast in this Dunkin' Donuts on Aug 30. I left my business binder when I head to meeting. Today Aug 31, I just tried my luck to find out where it would be. When the African American lady told me they saved the binder, I said Thank God and Thank you for saving my important documents inside.

There is this chicken wrap I recommend you have to try.

New staff is amazing! I literally changed my 1 star review to 5 stars after my recent visits. Service is on point and food quality now matches the rest of the franchisees standards. This dunkin use to be so bad I would drive across town to the next one anytime i wanted coffee

Busy at this time (Christmas eve) but service was quick and courteous.

This location can be very hit and miss, but whatever they're doing lately, is absolute perfection from a-z. Entire lines are taken care of in seconds, hardly a wait. Wonderful service. The coffee actually tastes good unlike it used to in the past. Specifically the girl at the window with the colored eyes and the girl inside with the blue dreds, they were both so wonderful and helpful, everyone there deserves a raise right now, I've never seen it run better.

Feels odd putting five stars for a chain donut shop, but I walked in less than five minutes after placing a pickup order when they were absolutely slammed with orders inside and at the drive-thru, and as someone who works in retail management, I can appreciate the teamwork I witnessed, great communication, and personalities ever so focused on their work, but quick to offer a smile or hello to a customer if they made eye contact. The woman working the drive-thru was familiar with my order we and promptly informed me of an out of stock sandwich I had ordered so I could select a replacement, immediately and smoothly updating the information with the gentleman who further confirmed my order and made my sandwich. They were friendly, accurate, and efficient.

Love Dunkin, but this particular store on State Road 84 & NW 10 Ave gets ALL my respect.

Dream team working this morning! Heard either the manager or team lead telling everybody “alright come on guys” putting some motivation and order in them. I’ve never seen a Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru line move so fast! Awesome job.

At first they didn't know how I liked my coffee and I can be very particular about my Iced coffee. Friendly staff would be patient with me and replace drinks when I complained that I wasn't satisfied. Now have memorized exactly how I like my Iced coffee. Great Dunkin' Location

As long as Ms. Renée works at this location it will always be great. Her staff is amazing. They are all so nice and cordial. I appreciate every morning she gets my medium 3 and 3 together and my uncles large 7 and 7 . This location gets 5 ×2=10 stars from me.

Always get my orders correct 💯, food is made to order but the opening hours needs to be more consistent. I know that has to do with available work force these days.

It’s nice to visit a place first thing in the morning and be treated with such efficient service and a positive attitude. Not many places are as good as this one.

My daughter orders fast - Iced Medium Coffee Carmel, shot of expresso, cream and sugar. EVERY time they get it right. I like all the Dunkins, however this is the FASTEST!!!!! 👍❤💁🌹 You gals are GREAT!!!!! My level of speed!!!
