Big Lots

I purchased a gazebo and living room sectional/rug from this location using progressive leasing. I have used progressive leasing many years, and they are a great way to get what you desire with payout within 90 days or longer.

The store manager was very kind, attentive, and extended his efforts to assist me. I feel that most stores aren't worth going to if management is rude and uncaring. To see the store manager at a coconut creek store covering due to low staffing, he had the same professionalism at this location. Patience and informative of what was available to me with my services.

I got some great deals on furniture over a year ago. I forgot the name of the lady who helped me at checkout but she was super friendly and helpful. I liked the discounts offered, a pleasant surprise. Fair prices and great furniture.

This is a very large Big Lots store. It is clean, organized and well stocked. The staff here are friendly, helpful and professional. There is a lot of merchandise in the store and they just put out their Halloween stock. There are discounts on summer stock, so stop by, take a look and you’re sure to find something you want. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

I was in the market for a new mattress. Last minute I decided to stop into Big Lots just to see if they had anything. 20minutes later I left with a brand new King size mattress! This store has great employees. The gentleman that helped me with my mattress was incredibly helpful. He brought the mattress and box springs out to my car with twine to tie them down. Also the mattress was marked on special as a floor model sold as is. There is no damage or stains on the mattress and I saved about $1500 by getting my matress set here instead of at a standard matress store.

I ordered online a furniture chair and upon arrival at store was greeted by their staff. I was in and out in no time. The staff was courteous and even helped me load the chair into my truck. A+++ service!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great rewards program, nice discounts and sales. Well stocked. Easy to buy online and pickup in store.

From New York to Florida this store always comes through. Manager was nice enough to let me do a store credit instead of throwing it back on my card. Often that's easily the case. Apparently not there so I think you did me a favor. Either way when I don't want to go into the huge Walmart. I sometimes can get it done in Big lots

The staff are quite welcoming and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable. Delivery when promised!
Staff members Carolyn and Javier treated me with respect, care and consideration.
I will be returning often, for more bargains!

Best place for closeout prices!! In addition to finding that unexpected thing. Must visit it is very roomy. The furniture here is also of good quality. Do not forget to bring grocery list as you may find some on sale here. 6/2/23 Just purchase 2 Broyhill chairs and wanted to let everyone know that Tyler was very helpful. From the phone call to bringing the box to our car.

Javier is a ROCK STAR!! He patiently walked me through my online return resulting in a full refund back to original form of payment. As I was on hold with help for 45 min I was able to observe his interaction with customers,WOW, you just don’t find employees like Javier anymore. BIG LOTS…..He’s a keeper!!!

My visited were very good. Jenn that worked in the furniture department she were very nice and helpful. Jenn did a dam good job on showing me how the financial program works steps you can take that will benefits you.. So Thank you we need more good employees like her around.

Excellent value and pricing. So many options. If you are a buyer at Homegoods, you should swing by and check out what they have to offer. Definitely visiting again soon for linens, potting equipment, and shelves!

I love this Big Lots, there's always a friendly greeting when you enter. Currently the store is rearranging their merchandise, and also added some other vendors items. Great store always clean.

Friendly! Helpful personnel. They Ask if you found everything. Not hiding! Refreshing change from most stores large and small! Spacious aisles. Many products for the home and personal. Great prices. Highly recommend.

They had what I wanted. Lol. So that worked out. The store was tidy. Cashier was nice. She didn't seem to know what paper towels are, though. But that's ok. :)

I've been going here for so long that they know me on a first name basis. Love the deals and quality of their products. Prices are very affordable!!

Great service. Phoned in and the call was quick and painless. Drove over, got a different person. She was on the ball and got what we wanted fast as can be. In and out in less than five minutes. Happy.

Staff is always friendly store always well stocked come all the way from Hallandale because i like this store thank you so much for having such a nice staff pleasant experience everytime!!

Great prices and selection of candles, and always a good sale for office chairs if you are looking to buy a great quality and affordable chair.

One of the better managed Big Lots....staff is always very helpful.
Though, I made the big mistake of going on one of their big clearance week events... never have I seen that store as packed.
