my family has been going here for years. A little mistake happened with my package and I’m still in awe at the amazing customer service. The owner reached out to me and was so kind and compassionate and so quick to resolve the problem. I’m very appreciative of you! Thank you so much!!

It was a great experience meeting Dan & Desmond 2 very helpful gentlemen in charge of the store. I had to ship 4 car dollies back to Amazon needles to say they were very heavy for me as I have very bad knee
problems. Desmond helped me carry them into the store, Dan was a wiz at retrofitting the box I had brought to ship them in. All in all really great service I recommend if you have anything to ship go see Dan & Desmond.

I came in, unprepared and my Cayla was so helpful and happy to assist me! I was on my way in a matter of minutes! Thank you Cayla for your great customer service!

I’m not one to leave reviews but there is an employee named Thomas who works here and gives outstanding service every time I’ve been in. I’ve seen him deal with some pretty rude customers and still speak to them with nothing but respect. Every time I come in he is extremely professional, timely, and friendly so when I see him working I know my business there won’t be a hassle or take long. Left this review because this guy deserves some credit and the store has been much better since he’s been employed. you

I live in the area and alway try to support local businesses. This is my neighborhood store. This store has been amazing with their efficiency and super customer service. They clear a long line quickly and with a smile! I especially appreciated the customer service displayed by Ghanna and Thomas Grimes last week! Best UPS store in Broward county!!!

Francie is a delight! She makes my day when I go into the store and she is the reason I go back!! She deserves a raise! She's ALWAYS by herself and she handles the store so well!!!! She's the best!

The best UPS store around. I used this location on multiple occasions. These young gentleman’s are efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. I am a very grateful for their fantastic service.
I did not have as much luck with other locations as much as this place.

I was here this morning to send a package overnight. One of the nicest customer service reps I’ve ever had (from any place) helped me tape the package, he figured up weights and prices to give me the best rate, all while answering the phone and general questions from other customers. With a smile on his face! Thanks Tom! You need a raise 😉☺

I too am handicapped. If I need to sit there are available chairs in the store while other customers before me need to be serviced. It’s a busy store. I have been treated with the upmost respect from the owner and the people that work there. I prefer using this UPS services because it is a comprehensive professional entity. I feel confident sending and receiving packages and never had a problem at all!!! It is easy to track packages from the point of ordering to shipped, and delivered. Quality of service is meaningful to me and highly valued. The owner Don Jones has great Communication and is excellent with the customers. Every service is completed in a timely manner. ! Was impressed with his professionalism and safety during this a Covid epidemic. It is truly a company of authenticity and integrity! I am a proud consumer! Service excellence is his stores and to humanity is UPS's goal!

Was there over the weekend and have to say that Cody... I hope I'm spelling her name correctly... Was assisting two elderly ladies who had no clue how to return their package or use their smartphone. Cody was not only patient but very professional, understanding and nice. I've never had a problem any time I've been there. I have to say Cody went above and beyond and the ladies were very thankful

Called before I got to store to ask an admittedly stupid question, employee answering phone was friendly and helpful. When I got there, was able to get help right away and got what I needed to send my package. The person at the register was speedy and knew what he was doing. Was worried by some of the reviews but I had a great experience.

I just had a very pleasant experience with Nick and Thomas. They deserve a raise.They were polite and very helpful. This place seems to be much better run than a couple of the other ones that I’ve set foot in around here.

I had the pleasure of stopping in the drop off a package and had a friendly gentlemen help me. His name was Thomas and he beamed great customer service and was able to help me get in and out. It was very refreshing to have that interaction. Great place and great service.

I came to this UPS store trying to send sentimental fragile objects from a deceased family member to my grieving mother. Toya, despite working alone on shift, was incredible, helped me resolve all of my packing issues, and was instrumental in ensuring childhood objects were shipped safely to my mother. I cannot properly overstate how absolutely amazing Toya was, both in terms of expertise and customer service.

Today, we were in need of printing documents and found wonderful Gana and Nicolas at this UPS store. They are so patient and kind in every way!!! Love the space to breath and spread out in this store. I'll be back.

It's great having the UPS store close by. Our business has a regular pickup but most days we have packages that must be sent after our UPS driver picks up from us. The UPS store is right on my way home and the staff is very helpful.

The staff is very friendly and efficient! They did an excellent job shipping my item and made my experience quick and easy! The owner was also great and everyone was very helpful. I will definitely be going back to this store with my future shipping needs!

Wow I am really surprised to see any bad reviews about this place. Every time I have gone in I have been greeted with friendly helpful staff. They take care of whatever I need done regardless of if its only a postage stamp or I need a box and everything to mail my stuff out 5 star business all the way is my personal opinion.
