Jacaranda Restaurant & Pizzeria

After living in Plantation for seven years, I decided to try Jacaranda Restaurant and Pizzeria for the first time, and what a delightful experience it was! The ambiance of the place was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal.

The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service. Our server was the epitome of hospitality, making us feel incredibly welcome with her attentive and friendly demeanor.

As for the food, it was a comforting reminder of classic New York home cooking. The calzone I ordered was wonderfully prepared, stuffed with just the right balance of flavors. The bread rolls served alongside were fresh and delicious, making them a perfect start to the meal. To top it off, the tiramisu was a sweet treat – rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced.

Jacaranda Restaurant and Pizzeria has definitely won me over, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. It's great to have such a gem in our neighborhood!

We have dined in and had delivery. The food is excellent with generous portions. The atmosphere has a friendly, down-home feeling, and the service could not be better. We've been in southern Florida for over 2 years now and are always on the lookout for 'new' restaurants. Jacaranda is definitely our new best Italian restaurant!

Just wow! You can tell they have been using fresh ingredients and mamas recipe for a long time! Really glad I gave this place a try. You can sit in or grab a slice Togo. Great selection of traditional dishes on the menu. I wish I lived closer!

Very accommodating. One person in My party cannot eat anything prepared along with meat. They were so nice to take care with her needs. Very clean. Great food.

Only regret I have is having not eaten a slice before driving home. It was hot and fresh but after a long work day and a 20-25 min drive home I just wanted to get home. I found you because of a review on IG by barstool sports. Grew up in NJ and haven’t been able to find good pizza down in Florida that compares to what I grew up on. Although I ate it cold (lol) it was amazing! Reminded me of being in NJ visiting my family. I will definitely be back to grab another slice and try some other items on the menu. And I won’t be waiting to get home before eating it next time! :)

I have been living and working in the area for over 30 years and this was the first time eating here. Josephine was our waitress and the service could not have been better. Food was delicious and portions were more than I could eat. Lastly, the prices were very reasonable compared to many other restaurants in the area. I highly recommend that you visit this “old school” hidden gem.

When you find local places in your neighborhood, it’s always a hit in the mist. This has definitely climbed a chart to be a local gem from every staff member, recognizing your face in your name when you walk to the door to always having a great suggestion or alternative when you don’t know what to order, I would highly recommend this place for Coffee lunch specials dinners when you just don’t feel like cooking or great pizza

Food was delicious I went with my sister and family for my birthday. My favorite was the minestrone soup and the rolls. Eggplant Parmesan was good too

This place was wonderful! We ordered a Hawaiian and mushroom pizza. Delicious crust, lots of cheese and wonderful service. You have to try the cannoli. Old school New York sloppy pizza….the best!

I have eaten in over 100 local pizza places in tri county, first time here, Absolutely Excellent Pizza ! Definitely recommend this place.

The best Italian food around!!! The fried calamari was perfectly breaded and the marinara and tomato sauces were great. Cynthia was awesome and the recommendation for the beer was certainly the best. The pizza very fresh and they have many options. Super recommended.

I wish the crust on the pizza was a little thicker. Otherwise Very nice flavor to the sauce it's delicious . Atmosphere was relaxing Not much to say otherwise. Because I was just waiting for my pizza to take out.

I have been coming here for 25 years and have never left a review. Last night my kids, now young men, asked for a pizza pie. Well, I knew that if I wanted to be a Hero, that the best way would be to get the very best pizza in Broward County (hands down), so, of course, I went to Jacaranda! And yes I was anointed HERO ! An absolute gem of a neighborhood Italian restaurant! My Veal Marsala was excellent... and remarkably well priced! The garlic knots are excellent and the Caesar dressing is very similar to my own homemade version... which means I loved it!

Been eating here with my family about twice a month. Love the antipasto and lasagna....house wines tasty also. Nice family run place with a pleasant environment.
