The New J Bar

I will comment about the last review being I was also there at closing. It was definitely not before 4 am when I closed my tab. I don't recall anyone getting kicked out. I do remember a lot of laughs and good music with cool people. And the people who work there have turned into my new friends !🙃

As every year, it's always a pleasure to come and have a drink, with Joe behind the bar every evening is memorable, thank you for being part of our annual trip!

First time here, definitely not the last. Great Happy Hour, great service, really great food! We’ve been looking for a local bar that’s friendly and welcoming. Tatianna was great! Happy I didn’t let the negative reviews keep us from coming.

Love JBar! Saturday karaoke night is ALWAYS a party! The bartenders are great, the customers and singers are fun!!!

This “The New J Bar” review is long overdue. We moved to Plantation over a year ago. Hubby discovered the cozy, friendly hideout that caters to early evening and late night dates. The talented proprietor Tony is super accommodating and great company when on-site. He’s one-of-a-kind cool.
Timeless and current tracks on the jukebox makes the music outstanding when DJ John is at the helm.
BIG love and shout-outs to the best mixers, pourers and friends behind the bar— Joey, Trish, and Jason. You’ll love the people that make this place our neighbor “Cheers”.

Friendly bar staff that know how to mix a drink. Nice atmosphere, and they are open until 4am for those in the biz or just looking for a late night drink.

Joey is Great service great personality. My opinion he should be a comedian. Cynthia is even more phenomenal! She is lovely and a sweetheart shes great at what she does!!! I will definitely be back here.

I second Naydia's review. The New J Bar is a hidden Gem. I notice that every bartender makes new patrons feel welcome and they make it a point to introduce themselves. The other patrons are very friendly and I agree...it has a Cheers (1980s sitcom) type atmosphere. The owner runs a great operation. Huge bonus for me ... they have Touch Tunes so you can play your favorite songs from the Touch Tunes app. Almost forgot....the food is fantastic.

Great bar with very friendly staff. Wednesdays and the Weekends are the most fun.

Tony, the owner was super nice, chill and genuinely seems to care about the patrons & staff at this spot!
Good for late-night drinks, especially for those in the biz!
Definitely recommended if you're in Southwest Broward and looking for something late to do!

First time here. Nice dive bar. Bartender was pretty cool (J). Had a descent crowd late night. Will try again.

Great late night or after work bar! Lots of fun here. Great food too.

Cozy hideaway spot. Not crowded. Great place to have a drink and unwind. Prices are very reasonable and the cocktails tastes great. They also have a kitchen so you can order food. 2 happy hours every day from 4 tob7 and 11 to 1 am. And they close at 4 am.

I had 3 different flavors of cosmos and I ate a whole pepperoni pizza by myself...the bartender was very kind
...GREAT SERVICE..thank you..I will be back with the family and I will.share my pizza this time...lol
