The nurses are great, the doctors are very informative
The only issue I had was that I visited the doctor, and was told that the prescription was sent over to the pharmacy.
Pharmacy did not receive it, I call the nurses station and they told me to wait for a call back. I never got a call back, so I called them again, only to be told that I would have to wait until tomorrow, after waiting 40 minutes at the pharmacy.
However, I called the next and explained the situation. The nurse in charge was extremely helpful and made it her priority to find out what happened. She went above and beyond and beyond contacting the pharmacy and calling me back to confirm everything went well.
I am very thankful and feel like a valued customer. Thank you for all that you do

I have been going to West Broward Pediatrics for the past 5 years I started with my first son as a newborn and today Dr Morrison sees all 3 of my sons ranging from 5 years old, 2 years old, and a newborn. Dr Morrison is very patient and kind you can ask any amount of questions with no problems and he is very thorough and pays attention to details. And the staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend great pediatrician that knows what he's doing!

This is an excellent practice where all the staff is very, very caring. They know your child by name and all the history. They go above and beyond to give all the support you need. There is always a call back, a same day sick appointment. if you end at the emergency room, this is the practice that will give you a call the next day to check on your child status even before you get to call them for a follow up. Doctor Morrison takes care of my child since he was born and we have seven years now as patients. He is the best doctor I could ever ask for.

We’ve been at west Broward Pediatrics since our kids were born. Dr. Salland is phenomenal with our kids & she takes such good care of them. You know you’ve found an amazing pediatrician when your kids are happy to go to the doctor’s office. Our kids always receive excellent care, answer all of our questions, & we are never rushed through appointments. All of the staff at West Broward knows our kids & it’s a great feeling knowing you aren’t just a number in a big practice. Highly recommend West Broward Pediatrics. 😊

I was a patient of Dr. Morrison and now my baby girl is a patient. Dr. Morrison is smart, listens to my concerns and has amazing bedside manner. Dr. Morrison is the best doctor hands down and I know my daughter is in good hands.

Dr. Morrison has been our pediatrician for almost 12 years. My kids have also seen other Drs. And NPs within the practice. We are consistently well taken care of with educated and patient staff. Thank you.

I hate that this office has a 3.4 overall score! This is a great office with multiple smart doctors and a great nurses line / appointment schedule. The doctors are very knowledgeable and listen to you and help you. Yes, sometimes you do have to wait, but what Dr.'s office don't you? Most of the time we don't wait. Also if you need to see someone you can get in the same day! Or Saturday! And I bet if you get in same day someone else may have to wait because it's unexpected. The nurses line in great, I would call all the time with my newborn and they never make you feel like a crazy person. They have a 24/7 nurses line too. If you want smart educated competent doctors I highly recommend this office.

We have been with this practice for more than 6 years now and always go to the Plantation office. My girls see Dr. Salland and my boy sees Dr. Morrison. They are both great doctors. Brenda was an awesome Nurse Practitioner and now that Kelly is there she is amazing. We love Dr. Salland especially, she has been my 6 year old's doctor since day 1, when she came home from the NICU due to prematurity. I had one bad experience with a nurse some years ago but she is no longer there. Amy is also wonderful. Best pediatric office to take your kids to, wouldn't change them for the world. Love, love, love them.

I’m actually shocked that there aren’t 5 stars across the board. My son just turned 1 and we’ve seen every single doctor in this office. Always a positive experience and the staff works well with me when I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We love our doctor, Dr. Morrison. All doctors were also amazing when I gave birth and came to the hospital every day to check on me and my baby. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I've been with this doctor's office for about a year and a half now and love all the doctors. Came over from pediatric associates which my son was a patient there for 10 years. I always felt like another number and all appointments took no less than 1 hour. I never wait that long at West Broward even when I make a sick appointment. All the office staff is nice. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone I know.

We have been with West Broward pediatrics for over 7 years. We love Dr. Morrison. RN Amy is also wonderful. I have always had a pleasant experience with the office staff.

Best practice I’ve ever been to. Nurses, front desk, Drs and NP Kelly are fantastic. We are thrilled with our care there. Referrals are easy to get, the Drs explain everything, and nurse Amy is my favorite.

Been bringing my children here since 2012. Love how detailed and thorough the doctors are. Nurses are friendly and competent.

Had left the practice bcs we moved, but went right back after we so two other doctors. The drs are excellent.

Everyone is very friendly and nice. We have Dr.Salland. she is truly amazing! !!!
