Mike Norman Realty on Anna Maria Island

We rented an amazing house in AMI from Mike Norman Realty. Any issue we had with the house was addressed in a speedy manor. They were great to work with. Will be renting again with them.

I have been renting from Mike Norman Realty for years. They have the best selection of properties on the island. They are very quick to respond to any issues that you may have. This year we rented 114 Park Ave. It is a very spacious two bedroom pool home complete with a screened patio other than pool area. The house was immaculate and had the old Florida feel to it like AMI was when I was growing up. Pictures below include the beach path which is gorgeous in its self complete with turtle which was meandering along the path one morning. I call this path "Pathway To Paradise" because it truly is! And then you reach that beautiful turquoise water! It is heaven on earth! ❤❤❤

We have used Mike Norman Realty for several years and find them easy to deal with - responsive, friendly and they always take care of any issue at our rental property quickly. Perhaps not the most technologically advanced business, but they make up for that with good old fashioned service.

This was our second visit to AMI and renting thru Mike Norman Realty. I know they have many rentals to choose from on the island so I will only comment on 2312 Gulf Dr N Unit 103. The place was spotless and as advertised. We had no issues at all and couldn't have been happier with our condo decision. Comfy beds, and all the amenities you'd expect and right on the beach. Cant wait to go back!

We have been using Mike Norman for a couple of years now, we are on the island at the moment and just this morning had trouble with our heat. Called the emergency phone number for Mike Norman at 6 o’clock in the morning, a few hours later, there was a repair man here who fixed the problem. All on a Sunday morning. Thank you Mike Norman. That is dependability! That’s who you want for your local rentals.

First time renting a house rather than a condo. Little Florida “cracker” house nicely decorated and only 148 steps door to beach. Great location. Window AC worked hard to keep cool. Mike Norman Realty made rental easily accomplished and included good photos of property. Will definitely use them again

Planning my vacation with Mike Norman Realty was as smooth as can be. I'm not a big fan of making phone calls, so a couple of emails was all it took. I easily booked the property online, mailed half the deposit upon booking and the other half about a month and a half before the check-in day. On the day of arrival, the key and packet were waiting with the friendly agents in the office. They handed them over, we went to the wonderful property, and dropped them in the drop box upon checkout. Smooth sailing! Can't wait to do it again next year!

We had a great stay at a property run by Mike Norman Realty. It was an adorable old Florida property right on the beach and we absolutely loved it. It was clean, comfortable and had everything that we wanted. The view was gorgeous and it was great to run right out and go in the ocean. The people at MNR were very responsive and helpful. My husband and I have already talked about how we would love to stay in that same property again.

My family rents a beach house every year, and every year we have the greatest and most enjoyable time THANKS to Mike Norman Realty! We have rented all kinds of properties. Our most recent stay was at 3706 Gulf Drive. The house was immaculate and offered all that we were looking for- no stairs, easy access to the beach and an updated interior. we got to walk to Skinny's for a great burger & all you can eat pancakes at the county beach cafe. We loved this house & can't wait to return!

The level of service we experienced from the staff at Mike Norman Vacation Rentals by far surpassed anything we had expected. We were greeted by by warm smiles when picking up our keys, genuinely made us feel like we had been long time friends. We did not have any issues where we needed to call on the staff for our rental per say but did ask their advice on where to visit, places to eat, etc., and we were always greeted by someone happy to help! Our rental was beautiful, clean, and very well priced. We loved Anna Maria Island and most certainly plan to make the area a regular vacation destination using Mike Norman Realty's Vacation Rentals for years to come. Even suggesting we hold our next family reunion there and already can't wait to get back!

We stayed at a property with Mike Norman Realty near Holmes Beach. The house was wonderful, the island is fantastic. We were a multigenerational family. We rented bikes, went kayaking, fishing, walked the beach, and even swam over the Christmas and New Year holiday 2016- 2017. Anna Maria is a wonderful Island. The Ugly Grouper is a great place to visit, even during renovations the food was tasty and the service was good.

Mike Norman Realty was attentive with questions we had prior to our trip. The house was clean and we were provided with plenty of material to read about the island. We were particularly impressed because we had a plumbing issues that developed on New Years Eve. The manger came out within a half an hour and the issue was fixed the next morning, New Years day. This company was a class act.

We have been coming down to Anna Maria for years and Mike Norman realty has always been a great host for our rentals. From the customer service center to the beach houses, it’s always a hassle free, smooth, and great experience. I highly recommend this company for all your realtor needs.

My family has rented numerous times from Mike Norman Realty and had nothing but great experiences. On several occasions our rentals were made on very short notice in order to accommodate last minute family visitors (we live locally) and the staff always found us something for a reasonable price. The Sandbox and Sandpail are our favorite properties thus far. Each side has two bedrooms with an inside connecting door and large heated pool, making it ideal for our out of state family members that want to be near each other. Kudos to Mike Norman Realty!

We stayed at one of Mike Norman Realty locations...213 75th St. The home was lovely and so well stocked. I brought things for the kitchen to cook with and didn't need any of it. The pool at the house is a salt pool...not all that chlorine...and it is heated. It was wonderful!! We will definitely be back in the future to visit again. Mike Norman Realty made check-in and check-out super easy and fast. Anna Maria Island is a must see!! Holmes Beach is so private and clean. Great vacation!!

I have rented with Mike Norman Realty for more than 15 years and the experience has always been wonderful. The girls who work in the office are very helpful and always very accommodating. The island is one of the most beautiful places on earth and the properties we have rented have always been fantastic. This year was no exception. I recently had family come into town and rent a condo from Mike Norman Realty. They were so pleased. As a resident of this area, I know there are so many rental companies/properties to chose from. I would completely recommend Mike Norman Realty.
Booking, checking in and checking out were all quick and easy, and the condo was ready when it was promised. Everything was perfectly cleaned and ready to go, immaculate actually.
We did have a few issues small issues come up (let's face it, life isn't perfect and things break all the time). We called the office and spoke to Rochelle, and everything was quickly resolved. Amazing!

Mike Norman Realty is the best rental manager on Anna Maria Island, hands down. They offer a wide variety of choices for vacation rentals, and are friendly, responsive, and professional. I'm never disappointed when using Mike Norman to rent a vacation home, which we do annually.

We rented a property from Mike Norman for the first time in December 2020 and were very happy with the experience. The property was sparkling clean and well above our expectations for the price. We plan to rent from them from now on whenever we vacation on AMI.
