Roof 4 Less Miami

Roof 4 Less just finished our new roof. They were nice to work with and VERY reasonable in their pricing. Saul was always letting us know what was going on each step of the way. They even replaced our soffit when other roofers would not. Their crew worked tirelessly and were always polite and friendly. We want to thank each and everyone from Roof 4 Less for our beautiful roof.

These people are awful, they were behind schedule, did a mess to our home, NOT professional at all, they were rude, never available, they want to sign papers late at night (talking about 21:00). Because of its lack professionalism our patio was ruined with asphalt all over, our furniture, floor, doors, shoes, mat, everything was covered in black. We couldn’t get into the house that day, beacuse of the total mess, there was not even a path to walk through the door. We ended up in a hotel, which one they never paid. When we ask for compensation it took them 3 months to a person to come to our home, after that, they didn’t pay us everything because shoes were used, in other words, if they break something but you used one they don’t pay you the cost, they nuestro pay you whatever they think you deserve. They get mad because we included everything we lost, eventaxes, I am taking about more than 2000 dollars just because the asphalt situation. Plus, we had liking and we called the insurance company and they took care of the situation, (another 3000), adding up to 5000 dollars in losses and the roof not even finished. In addition to that we signed for 15k ending up to 20K because they didn’t read properly the paper I gave them, we were replacing wood by metal. Also, I mentioned to the person that did the estimating about other stuff and she didn’t listen to me, causing us increasing the price.
If you want to be on time and deal with professional people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can even tell more thing about them, but I wouldn’t have enough space to write. DO NOT TAKE THEM.
