Had a great experience with Yvonne, she helped me to choose 2 new fragrances and dealt very calmly with an extremely rude male customer who was trying his best to make a scene. I would absolutely return to purchase again.

I had a great time shopping here. I was allowed to spend almost an hour smelling every fragrance in the store. Some have left reviews complaining about the pricing. I went to the store because after ordering different fragrances from Amazon at cheaper prices 2 of the 3 were fake, and one was expired. Here I was confident I was getting the real product and it was actually new and had not been sitting in a warehouse for years. I will continue to shop here.

Visited Fragrance Hut for the first time I purchased 2 Rihanna nude perfumes for $65 bucks a lady named Veronica was very knowledgeable and super nice and welcoming. She gave me a 50 percent off discount on the second perfume. Great customer service and they have a lot of products!

I visited the store recently, they have great collection and pricing was good as well when compared to online prices.

What an awesome collection, staff is very helpful.

I went here to browse fragrances because I’ve never gotten one before, and the customer service was very good. I picked one out that I liked, the Bharara King, and paid $135 for it. I went back home and was curious about reviews on it so I looked it up and saw that it’s selling online for $45-$55 dollars. I went back to try and return what I got, and was told no returns. I feel very scammed out of my money.

RIPOFF. BEWARE. They will talk you out of what you went in to purchase and talk you into a cheaper brand that is costly. I’m sure there’s a larger commission for these so called colognes. We spent more than we thought and could have gotten what we really wanted much cheaper elsewhere.

Absolutely under no circumstances should you shop at this store. Granted that I should have done my research before buying anything, it still doesn't excuse the shady practices of this store. They will mark up cheap fragrances and list them well above their market value. That in and of itself is already wrong. To make this worse, I bought 4 perfumes from them during a buy one get one half off. Low and behold to anyone's surprise, they put the 50% discount on the marked up cheap perfume, not the 2 at standard market value.

If I could prevent even one person from shopping at this store or at least one person from losing money, I would be extremely satisfied with my review. To all that read this, I hope it can help and have a pleasant day.

I purchased two different colognes, the sales associate (Christine) puts both items in a bag real fast. Once I got home I noticed the one bottle had been open and used. I took the cologne back to return the bottle because the associate that sold the product to me said if it wasn't open I could return or exchange the colognes I purchased. The associate says they do exchanges only. Okay fine the policy is the policy so I'll exchange the bottle, they only had one bottle and that one was open as well. The associate that sold the bottle to me said they had new associates that weren't trained properly and opened the colognes. The associate wouldn't give me the owners name or number and refused to take my information to give to the owner to call me regarding the matter. I then just took the items and left because at this point it was pointless to continue the conversation with someone who clearly did not want to help fix something that was their mistake in the first place. As I leave the store the associate locks the door, I was never so embarrassed in my life.

The store associate, Josie, was very nice. However, their prices are way too high. I bought a perfume for my wife and was in a rush, so I didn’t realize until I got home that they sold me it for triple the price (Pink Sugar, they sold it for $60 instead of $20 if you buy it from other stores or the manufacturer). Go to test out only and buy elsewhere. Take up their time like they took up my money.

Not a very personable staff. Also, they had no testers on anything we wanted to smell. If I'm spending $100+ on a fragrance, I'd certainly like to be able to smell it first.
