Well Allstate is not so bad, but I don't like that in order to continue giving me a discount they want to disconnect the device in my car if I want to continue getting the discount they want to install an app on my telephone. First my privacy is very important for me. Second sometimes I am a passenger I don't want a company to get so much control over me.

I’ve had a policy with them for almost five years and have never had an issue with them.
However , I’ve been trying to contact someone in their office for over two months and have only gotten a return call once.
I spoke to Robert who advised that he was going to contact the underwriting department To try to solve my issue and I have yet to hear from him. It’s been three weeks since that.
I send emails and no one ever responds !
Needless to say , I’ve had a HORRIBLE experience!

This office do not belive in customer service .you paid for 6 month or one year they do not return your phone call or email .I move from this agency to different agency where customer is very important.

Robert Miret is NEVER AVAILABLE! Not for a question, not for a call back about your policy...NEVER!! My policy was canceled and he NEVER NOTIFIED ME & “ won’t be in the office for the rest of the week”, to assist me...and even then, chances of me getting a callback about it are close to ZERO!!! My rates are going to more than double because he LACKS COMMUNICATION SKILLS and he is ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE!!
