If you never been definitely give them a shot. Good customer service and great deals.

So as we know in SoFlo the children are going to school in a few hours. So I went doing some shopping. It's crazy that I haven't been to Rack Room Shoes in about 9yrs and they STILL got these deals. They have a BOGO 50% off right now and got him 2 pairs of sneakers and 2 slides. I'll post pics later. They had dope backpacks even for adults and for children. Cross were not to be outdone on 2 different displays and the racks as well.

The store was well managed. I loved the greeting by a team lead name Deandre. He showered me with a greeting the moment I walked in the store. Then he helped me and my husband with a pair of slippers. He went beyond what most will do. The young lady that was there checking us out was very professional. She engaged in conversation with us about our trip, she helped do a order for us even though we was going out of town. I commend Deandre and I believe her name was Melanie. Two young people who Do their job to the T. We are definitely coming back there and just may consider asking for them two for assistance. Thank you RRS.

Robert. That is the only name you need to know. Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. When you are checking out and the customer ahead of you tells the manager, "you need more employees like him", pointing back at Robert, you know you have been treated well! Everyone in the store was nice and helpful, but Robert will be the "sole" reason for my next stop for shoes (no pun intended)!

The staff was super helpful, visited the store On Black Friday and it was not busy at all. I was in and out in no time. They have a great selection of sneakers for kids and adults.

I went in every shoe store in the mall n no one had shoes 2 fit my ankle brace but Rack Room Shoes. N I bought 2 pair 4 $123.00 not bad at all 4 name brand shoes.

Rack room shoes had plenty of shoes and they had ample sitting area to try the shoes on.I think that this would be a pretty good place to buy shoes if someone were looking for a new pair of shoes and they wanted to get a good deal and they weren't quite sure exactly what shoe they were looking for. you can go here to rack room shoes and try on a variety of different shoes and find something that you feel comfortable in that looks good on you and it's the right price.
