Green Realty Properties : Christopher Green & Patty Da Silva

**UPDATE**

Chris called me to express his disappointment regarding the situation. He then clarified that the individuals that I was dealing with (Byron Lopez and Danielle De Varona) are only contractors with the company. Chris had also assured me that if we had been able to speak with him instead of Byron passing us off to the handy man, the situation would have had a completely different result. If Byron and Danielle had their own business, I would be writing my review there. Unfortunately they advertise that they're with Green Realty and I have no other place to wrote my review. Chris genuinely seemed upset at how this experience has turned out.

Horrible experience. Had a verbal agreement with 3 individuals there. When it came time for paperwork, they switched the terms without notification. They wanted multiple wire transfers that costed additional funds everytime one was sent.

Once we moved into the house it was absolutely filthy. There was layers of grime on the floors, a needle in the closet, cockroach infested, ants everywhere, clogged household water lines, and a toilet filled with feces. This property was advertised as "move in ready". Even though these issues were brought up, we were referred to the property handy man instead of this group fixing the issue. I cant say enough about my experience with this group, they're unethical and should be ashamed of how this situation has turned out. They knew that I was moving my family across the country and left us to deal with this.

On top of my experience with them, upon further discussion with the landlord, they've omitted the condition of the home to them and have continued to lie to the landlord regarding what is going on with the property.
