I have been storing here for 5 years. Always professional, fair prices, well maintained and great service. Today I received a text notifying me I did not fully secure my unit, so glad they are onsite daily paying attention…highly recommend.

Our contract was short term. It worked beautifully. Great experience with storage. Easy access. Management was very friendly and helpful. The whole process went off without a hitch!

Think Storage is exactly what a storage company should be! We needed some short term storage for a few months and Think Storage was perfect. Because there are no long term contracts or hidden fees we knew exactly what we were getting with no hassle. With 2 entrances and lots of different sized storage units it was easy to get our things in and out. We will definitely use them again.

Clean, simple, efficient. Great place for temp storage that uses technology well to communicate status of your contract.

Love that they make it so simple to sign up… The units were very clean and there are carts at the doors to help you load your stuff in and even a doorstop to keep the door propped open… Small things like that make a huge difference.

The BEST part is how simple they make it to GET OUT of your agreement by a simple phone call, confirming with an immediate follow up email. There’s always a concern when someone on the phone just tells you that’s all you need to do. We’ve all experienced it.

After I unloaded this morning we received another check out email confirmation within 2 hours closing the loop. Thanks!

Amazing experience here! We moved from Arizona and had a semi and 36ft trailer. They let me leave it at the facility for 24 hours to unload it which was amazing! I didn’t transfer funds in time to pay for my unit. They reached out via text and it was taken care of immediately. I emptied my unit and they noticed the next day and reached out via text. I told them I emptied my unit and was planning on calling that day. They took care of everything without further communication and got confirmation emails. Awesome awesome service

I had a great experience with Think Storage. The customer service is always friendly, helpful and responds quickly. The units are clean, easy to access and next time I need storage needs, this is the company I will be choosing. You can't go wrong here.

Think storage has been the best place to store my stuff. They make sure everything is always secure. The units are great sizes to fit what you need. We even were able to rent a U-Haul right from them. The office staff is amazing to work with and very organized!

Due to some trailer repair issues, I needed a space for short term. This place was the only one in South Jordan willing to help. I will store here again when needed. We go south for winter. Solid customer service, safe, and clean.

This is the second time in 12 years I have used Think Storage. The location is convenient, the price is fair, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They made it easy.

I was in need of a storage unit for a couple of months. I ended up choosing Think Storage in South Jordan for a few reasons. It was a very convenient location for me, I was able to get a bigger unit for the same or less than some of the other places I was considering. They are also a U haul dealer, and I was able to rent a truck, grab what I needed to transport/store, unload in in my unit, and drop the truck right off while there!

My unit was clean, and in good condition. Every interaction I had with staff was positive, they treated me and the rest of my family with respect. There was a huge snowstorm while I had my unit, and they even sent out an email apologizing because the snow made it hard to access for a couple of days. I had absolutely no problems here, and if I need another storage unit in the future, Think Storage will definitely be at the top of my list.

I have rented a storage unit here a few times over the past 5 years and each time has been extremely positive! Great friendly professional Staff and the grounds and units are very clean and well maintained. I have always felt safe and good inside about leaving any of my valuables here. I would Highly recommend them to you... I won't rent a unit anywhere else!

These guys are great. They have great prices and service. I love the easy access to all the units. We used them when my parents had to move in while their house was being completed. We both got units there. Will use again if the need arises.

This is the best storage unit in town! It’s clean, convenient, the rates are fair, and I just had a great experience storing with them overall. If I need a storage unit again then I will definitely store with Think Storage.
