I was very impressed with the quality of the customer service I received. All the ladies are very attentive and very polite. After walking all the mall this was the only place I found the comfortable shoes I needed. I will definitely recommend this store.

I went here to get shoes for someone for graduation. They have a lot of pretty cute shoes for ladies, but the only dilemma is that the lady at the front that day, didn't speak English. She took the shoe we asked for and came back with a different shoe and in a different size. When we asked her about it, she laughed and said "no English" and looked at the other spanish speakers in the store. Maybe hire someone who is bilingual for the other customers in the mall who may want to come in your store.

Very uncomfortable and poorly made shoes. Gave me blisters after one day of wearing and the store refused to return or exchange.

I went yesterday to the Pembroke store at 7:45 pm and the saleswoman told me that they were closed. The information in Google says that thw closing hour is at 8 pm, so this rude response is unacceptable.

Rude sales associate. Denied return of shoes and said that the credit I have on the store could only stay on the system and that he couldn’t put it back on my card
