The Miami HEAT Store at Pembroke Lakes Mall

Love my HEAT, Love representin Dade County, born and raised, and love representin the true Dade County OG!!!!!! UD!!!! All my jerseys are #40. Great store. And with fan appreciation week, the discount was unbelievable along with a gift card my family brought me for Father’s Day.

Great store for the best team in the league! Great staff as well! Valerie helped my wife and I a lot while we were in the store. Their staff allows you to try on jerseys for size, but there’s no pressure to buy one and Valerie didn’t get upset that I didn’t buy a jersey like other sports apparel store staff would do to customers. She was very friendly and personable and she was able to assist with anything else that we found interest in. She was great with not just us, but other customers in the store as well. Although I didn’t buy a jersey, she was able to help us find something for my wife that she really appreciated! I’ll be back at this location when I need some more HEAT gear! Let’s go HEAT!

Today I walked in to this store and met a wonderful lady named Val. Hey, I just went in to see if I can get a gift for a 11year old boy, had No what I wanted to get but Val was so patient, she knows exactly what the young would like. She easily convinced me to purchase not 1 but 3 items that matched so well and the young man loved. Thanks for your patience and professionalism my dear. Great job.

Went into the Miami heat store in Pembroke lakes mall, was just browsing with with no intentions to buy anything but met with a sales rep who definitely knows how to sell, she greeted us so very welcoming couldn’t leave the store without purchasing couple items. She was well attired in representing the Miami heat , very friendly kind and professional.her name is Valerie must say she is a very good sales person

Amazing customer service! From the moment we walked in we were tended to and greeted. David Corea, the assistant store manager was SUPER helpful and gave us great recommendations on Jerseys we were considering. My bf ended up buying a throwback D.Wade jersey that he wasn’t planning on getting when walking in but, because of David’s help he couldn’t resist. Thank you so much!

Went in the day of Christmas Eve specifically for an instore promotion. They were out of the promotion in the store but I figured I'd send an email to the store to see if they could help out. I was quickly responded to and personally helped and reached out to directly by the Manager David Correa and he did an amazing and polite job of personally getting me the promotion tickets. I'm so happy he was able to help and it really does mean a lot. He's an awesome manager!!!

I had been calling all week in search for a jersey and they did not have the size I was looking for. Called in 12/22 and david answered. He was great help from the start and advised me when to check back in. Thanks to David’s great customer service, I was able to get the jersey between the Christmas madness. David is a great asset to the team, he made my experience so much better and reduced my stress! Lol thank you so much! Retail stores need more employees like you. Would definitely come back thanks to david.

The employees were very helpful when I was looking for a sweater to give to my boyfriend for his birthday. One of the assistant managers named David cane up to me asked me what I needed help with and he found a sweater that I immediately fell in love with for my boyfriend. The employees also greeted me as I walked through the door.

Got my first jersey today and I couldn’t be happier. David went above and beyond to make the process quick and easy. Everyone in the store is helpful and nice, on top of being Heat fanatics. The culture is BOOMIN

I am so glad they opened up a Heat store right next to my home. Definitely more spacious the arena or Dolphin Mall. David and Cesar as well as the rest of the staff always helps me feel welcomed every time I walk in. A great place to go for your Heat merch!

I came in to buy a gift for my boyfriend and I had no idea what to get him! Cesar helped me out so much in finding a gift! Once I gave it to my boyfriend he loved it! Thank you so much Cesar you made my boyfriend birthday 10 times better!
