Brianna in junior dresses was an amazing sales associate, she provided exceptional service! Their product knowledge, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist made my shopping experience enjoyable and efficient. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and helpfulness.

I love this store. The lady (Michela) at the Ives St Lauren is amazing she did a mini make over and I was able to try their amazing products. Everyone at the store is extremely helpful and very professional. I love this store for all my shopping needs specially for a special occasion.

Honestly at first I really didn’t like shopping in this store particular because of an old issue back in the days but I happened to stop in the Dillards for women’s and came across a really nice lady name Annabelle, she was very friendly and helpful, she really knew her quality in helping me decide on buying a purse and I really appreciate her, I hope Dillards will acknowledge her and give her the credit she deserves because of her kindness and compassion towards me changes my attitude towards customers because I too work in retail and that’s hard to do with so many people you come across but she took her time, it
wasn’t about commission … trust me she definitely deserves more than that!!!! Thank you Annabelle!!!

On this particular day I entered the Pembroke Lakes Mall through Dillard's. not anticipating to shop there but from another store within the mall. As I made my way past the Lancõme counters I was Greeted by Xiomie the Beauty Advisor whom I may say was very Attentive to my needs at the time, She also was very Articulate with her presentation of the promotion that was taking place at the time which gives me the opportunity to get cash off towards a future purchase, and the gift set i did purchase offered me more for my money than the store that I was intending to shop from Inside the Mall guess taking short cuts to get to another place has its benefits. Spectacular customer service experience @ Lancõme never did i feel pressed to make a purchase. I Will Definitely Recommend Lancõme And Definitely will Revisit Dillard's at the Pembroke Lakes Mall. Which is in Compliance with CDC Guidelines wearing masks upon entry and maintaining social Distancing is required.

At Dillard I feel like home. The service is the best. The Dior lady Gloria is knowledgeable, she is an expert and helps clients choose what is best for their skin. The shoe department is rocking, I could not tie my shoe and the sale associate ran to help me. The store is always well presented and everything is always in order. Great shopping experience.

Looking for a dress for my stepson's wedding and the help there was amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. The prices were definitely reasonable.

Surprisingly way better than Macy’s for selection, organization and service in the swim wear department. In fact, this year Macy’s, Marshall’s, Target, and JCPenney had many of the same prints and styles. And they were all a huge mess. But Dillard’s stood out in having classier swim wear in more colors and being well organized. I shopped unhurriedly. Maria carried my choices to the fitting room for me and said to please ask her if I needed a different size. Wow, one hardly ever gets service like that anymore! I found her elegant in manner and gracious. She said she’s very loyal to Dillard’s and has been with the company for 25 years.

I found the one suit I needed for my figure flaws in a color and style that no other store had, and my husband said it was beautiful. (He said I should wear it around the house, haha.)
Will be shopping at Dillard’s more often.

Oh, I do agree with another reviewer about the shoe department at this location. They stood in a clique and didn’t seem happy when I asked for help, and weren’t service oriented when I went to try on Vionic shoes in May. But they were young. The service was much better in the shoe department at the Westside Broward Mall Dillard’s. But the Pembroke Lakes Mall Dillard’s has a wider Vionics shoe selection.

Customer Service at Dillards is top notch, when you go to Macys and some department stores the workers there don’t even try to help. I shop here at least twice a month and I am never disappointed. Yes prices are high but I would rather pay more and get the excellent customer service!

I just loved it, it was like stepping back into a different century where shopping in a department store was a civilized experience, the sales associates were knowledgeable and kind! The men's room was spotless! I will shop there again!
