Gulf Tide Vacations

This home was beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. Loved the pool, kitchen, bathroom amenities and driving the golf cart to the beach. We had a relaxing time, but had to get ear plugs for the loud frogs outside the bedrooms at night. They don’t stop their noisy activity until after 2am. Our visit was wonderful other than that issue and the bigger garage door opener may need a new battery as it doesn’t seem to work reliably.

This was our first experience with the Destin area. We were not sure what to expect, but had heard plenty of nice things about the area.
Well, we don't know exactly where to start but let's mention "Bart" from Gulf Tide Vacations. He was amazing and always available to answer any questions we had.

This is one beautiful amazingly decorated home. We loved everything about it from the private bedrooms, cleanliness, golf cart and the pool.
Just a Marvelous stay. We totally enjoyed ourselves. A much needed stay. We will definitely book our stay again very soon.

We absolutely enjoyed our recent stay at Das Beach Haus. The staff with Gulf Tide Vacations were amazing and quick to respond to my emails and questions. The house is gorgeous as well as spotless and inviting when we arrived. It was the perfect location for our Fall Break vacation in Destin. The amenities were also fabulous, and the community was pristine, quiet and peaceful too. We will definitely return next year!

Great place in a quiet part of Destin. Walking to the beach to watch the sunset was a bonus. Nicely appointed home and very comfortable.

Gulf Tide never disappoints! My family and I have been booking with Gulf Tide for the last couple of years and we couldn’t be happier. Even though we are local, we live several miles from the beach so we like to spend a couple of weeks in Destin during the summer. Bart has always been so professional, kind and accommodating, ensuring the whole process is hassle-free. We won’t use anyone else! Thank you Bart, for your continued excellent and reliable service throughout the years. ❤

The Das Beach Hause is an amazing home and wonderful layout! Our family loved our time here and the home was great for all ages.
I will say Gulftide is Not my favorite….for a home that sleeps 8. , comes with a sleeper sofa and air mattress—-only had 5 Bath towels and no extra bedding for other sleepers. Also , home is listed only for 3 car parking — our families had plans change due to flights and drove - we ended up w more cars—- when asking Gulftide - I was told $20 every 4 hour for parking in Destin. ABSOLUTELY no help! This home has a golf cart ( which was amazing!) the garage door was broke - (called upon our arrival- but never fixed )and garage parking for this as well as a 2 car garage and driveway for 3 vehicles! ( total of 5 cars!) When I asked about beach toys , chairs , etc - response-no -from Gulftide —- if you are coming with babies/young kids—there are beach toys , baby pool, noodles , skin boards in garage!! Once again No thanks to Gulftide! And Beach parking is free at CrabTrap
We were offered a “special rate” to check in a nite early- I did inquire on the morning prior to our departure to see what the price would be but didn’t take it( BUT obviously no one was in the house!!) We arrived a hour early , not taking in to consideration of the time change for us ~~ but made us pay even tho no one had been there!!! A Bit pricey in our opinion!! And not plesant customer service ~~ it’s the way we were told 🙁

I cannot say enough good things about our Destin vacation and Gulf Tide Rental! When we experienced an issue with our golf cart, I called and Bart was so kind to help me when I was stranded by a glitch with the cart! He walked me through exactly what to do to get the cart running until he could get to me to help! I was able to get the cart back to our rental house and he was there within 30 minutes! He fixed our cart and was SUPER kind & professional! It is hard to find people willing to “go out of there way” these days and he went above and beyond! Our house was absolutely beautiful, clean, & everything was just as described! We will ALWAYS book with Gulf Tide!!! Thanks again, Bart!

We had an amazing time and loved the pool! We were so happy we could travel again. Management was very responsive and helped us the whole way. Everything was clearly explained and we knew what to expect. More importantly, it was VERY clean and they went over and above to ensure COVID precautions were taken. We were able to enjoy time away and social distance unlike a busy hotel! THANK YOU!

Our vacation to Destin was amazing!! The house we rented was very clean and the pool was huge!!! Bart was very accomodating and responsive. We can't wait to come back down next year!

Bart has always been excellent to work with and rent from with excellent properties for family beach vacations.

We loved the house and it was a very short walk to the public beach. We rented chairs so they were already set up daily when we went. We were able to check-in early which was well worth it! The beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio was enjoyed daily by all of us. Having our own personal pool was also a plus. Towards the end of our stay we were double red flags so it was nice to be able to swim. We walked around at night, the community is buzzing and fun. We did have a wasp nest but the owners were super attentive and someone was there extremely quick. The house is well stocked and had everything I needed to cook breakfast or make a quick snack. My only suggestion would be that the house could use a solid deep clean.
