Charleys Cheesesteaks

It was amazing to see young black men and women hard at work with a smile on their faces. It could have been any race, at the moment this is what I saw. I told the young man who is the grill master how proud I was to see him doing something constructive with his life. And not in jail. Keep up the good work.

The food is delicious and the people’s working there are very kind.

When I visited, the internet was down and I did not have cash. After several unsuccessful attempts to swipe my card, the manager handed me the food. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I will definitely return because the customer service was also top-notch!

I went in as they where closing and I mean just a few minutes before the mall closed (basically closed) and my experience I had was superb. Sheyla, Sasha, Brian, and Joseph that where closing up on 5/23/2022. These 4 are definitely 5 start employees!!!!! They deserve a raise for sure!!!! Even though they where pretty much closed out for the night like the rest of the mall, they where super helpful and gladly made my food without a second thought. Kudos to these 4 for keeping up that customer service down to the second. They where so kind and very pleasurable to have and experience with. 10/10 for these fantastic 4!!!! Keep it up

The food was amazing and at a very great cheap price as well. But what I really liked was the customer service. In particular, Jasmine, she was amazing and very nice and happy. Most places, mainly fast food places, I go to they are a bit rude with attitude but Jasmine was great. I recommend anyone to go there for her alone. Very great server.

I'm a vegetarian and I eat at this Charleys at least twice a month. (They have a great veggie sandwich.) The service is several notches above what I've come to expect in "fast food" places. The food is always hot and tasty. Never a negative experience. We usually go to the mall just to eat at Charleys.

Charley's Philly steaks is some of the best Philly steaks I've ever had in my life. I am 57 years old and I've ate a lot of Philly steaks and this is up on the top. My only complaint is they started a new Rewards program with an app it is not real friendly to the consumer. You get one point per dollar spent and you have to have a hundred points to get $5 off. those of you quick with math means you spend $100 to get a $5 discount. I think they could do a lot better than that

I love it. It's amazing the staff is great and my favorite I always get is philly cheesestake. Definitely my go to spot

I don't usually write reviews but this place is amazing. Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and it rocked. The bread is great, not the cheap stuff you get at other places. Love the presentation; messy but with a simple fold, you have yourself an unbelievable sub. Thanks!

Great quality. Super fresh made right in front of you and still fast! I got a chicken philly that was delicious. The cheese fries were crisp and portions are large. 💘 this place!

Charlie's is about the best cheese steak around. (I believe their only major competition is JBs). They always serve a mouthwatering sub the way YOU like it!
It's my understanding (haven't tried it yet) that the chicken cheese steak is just as good.
Enough about that, let me get back to the cheese steak.
Soooo delicious! Not too chewy, smothered in delicious cheese, and no grizzle for the picky eater in me.
It's my weekly cheat and I look forward to it like water to a caught fish!!

Ordered a philly cheesesteak sandwich from this place on Uber Eats. The sandwich, fries, and soft drink I had were all absolutely delicious. I also loved the little ice cubes in the drink, which kind of made me feel like I was drinking a sprite slushie.

Made our food even after the mall closed early. Great service and kind employees. Food was fresh and delicious. A+ EXPERIENCE
