Hot Topic

Same store as every other hottopic in the country. Nothing exceedingly special. They have a wonderful staff and they are all very sweet. They are helpful and have no issue helping you if you don't know what you need or want. Which is nice, they will also do online shopping for you. They offer in store pick up of online orders.

I had a flare up with my heart condition yesterday and nearly passed out in the store. The staff here were so incredibly kind and patient. I was embarrassed because this usually doesn’t happen in public but they were so accommodating. Special shout out to the girl in the monster high shirt and the tall girl with pink braids. They deserve a raise!! Thank you so so much. People like you give me faith in humanity.

Recently stopped into Hot Topic (Clearwater) to pick-up my online order. The young ladies at check out were super nice, friendly and kind. Even the young man that saw that I did not put a t-shirt back folded quite right did not shame or make me feel bad. I looked around for about 15 minutes and said my goodbye. Thank You Hot Topic staff. This old lady appreciates You.

I love this place! Anime and non anime heaven! I've found many things I want to buy in the future. The sales lady is very refreshing and energetic, I just want to hang out and talk to her forever. It's very hard to find another otaku (anime fan) to talk too. Sign up for rewards too.

Collen really helped me even though he was busy. Thank you for not making me feel rushed!

This store has been one of my favorite stores to shop in for many years. I love the pop culture and gaming section. You can find so many gifts in here. It tends to be one of the places I love to shop for others during Christmas... they have Disney stuff too, for those who are not aware. You can find great deals from time to time. I also used to spend a lot of my Hot Cash here! Hot Cash is like a discount where if you spend a certain amount of money during the time they have that running, you get a coupon to spend within a certain time period. The coupon could be $15 off of $30. It's really cool!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They informed me of great sales going on that didn't help my wallet ouch but my teenager will be very happy. They have decent variety of items including small items for fun.

Wow! The nicest customer service I have every experienced at a hot topic or retail store before. Erica was super sweet and patient while helping me find an item over the phone and then followed up with with me days later on it! ?! That’s impressive! Kudos to this store!!

The staff is always welcoming and delightful, especially the manager, Rick. He is awesome and really helpful. Even on busy tax free weekend he checked on me and my boyfriend answering all our questions and explaining the fantastic deals.

Me and my cousin will go here almost every time we go to the mall. The staff there are very helpful, friendly, and happy.They will also help you when they can. The types of people that mainly go in there would be people who like anime, music, and lgbt people(like me). The music they play is upbeat and usually songs that you'll recognize.

Used to love this place since assistant manager Paul left - I don't shop there anymore. Store manager Russell is a pain and talks down to you or about you. Why waste your hard earned money for that kind of service just shop else where or online. But if crappy service and rude people are your thing I suggest this store. Happy shopping.

The staff here is amazing. Great energy. My daughter could spend hours here and can't wait to be old enough to get a job here. The staff really are great.

Love this store not to mention all the awesome clothing, accessories etc. They are making it comfortable to shop during these times of uncertainty. Well organized & clean.

My 12yo daughters absolute favorite store and always has what she's looking for! The stuff she's into can't be found anywhere else except online, so we will definitely keep coming back!!!
