Shrimp Basket

Came for lunch with my fiancé and sat up at the bar. Our server was Robbin and she was very friendly and attentive! We ordered the fried popcorn shrimp basket and the food was hot and fresh - we were very happy. The cocktail sauce is good and has a little spice kick to it! Will definitely come back again

We had the BEST experience at Shrimp Basket. We had lunch at 11:00am and ordered the all-you-can-eat steamed shrimp and catfish. It was AMAZING! The catfish was so delicate and perfectly fried, not greasy or heavy. The shrimp was equally divine. And my gosh, order the sweet tea by the gallon! The service was above and beyond. Our server was so attentive and always one step ahead. Top notch experience! We will dream about this place! 😄

I had the blackened shrimp all you can eat. The shrimp was delicious and you could have it fix several different ways. The staff was very attentive and you could have refills on the sides as well as the shrimp.

We arrived in Destin a little later in the evening and were surprised that most restaurants close around 8-830. Even though we got to the Shrimp Basket about 30-45 mins before closing, our sweet waitress and the manager were so kind and welcoming.

Our party of five sat outside and had everything from fried shrimp tacos, to one of the seafood baskets, to shrimp étouffée, and more. Everything was really good and filling. I wouldn’t say the étoufée was “loaded” with shrimp like the menu says, but a bowl was still very filling.

This is a great, casual place for a more affordable meal in Destin. We also went to Dewey Destin Harborside and paid more for the same quality we got from Shrimp Basket. If I had to choose which one to hit up again, I’d go to the Shrimp Basket!

Lovely dinner at the Shrimp Basket. Robert had etoufee with Cajun pasta. I had steamed shrimp, Jamaica Jerk chicken wings, and salad, and we shared key lime pie. 😋 😋.

No frills, affordable seafood spot. Everything was delicious! Some of the best fried oysters and shrimp we have ever had. The blackened redfish was superb! Very good Bloody Mary, too.

We tried this place randomly while driving around. We were impressed by all you can eat seafood fest they are having and we went in. We did absolutely liked the food. Service was good and quick and it was great. We had a very good time and good food. We took three all you can eat and it was worth it. They servered us as many refills we asked for and they were quick.

The only thing is our server dint not get us the bill and just mentioned us the bill amount and while we are paying he asked for a tip amount and we gave 18%. Once everything was done we asked for the bill and noticed they already charged us 18% gratuity. But he did not mention us that. So we ended up paying 36% gratuity. We felt this a bit deceiving.

Great place to eat in Destin, wonderful food as amazing service as well. Great place to go, especially around lunchtime if you're with your family. Very laid back and quaint atmosphere during the day, but it gets busier in the evening hours and would be a great place to grab some drinks with friends if that's the vibe you're looking for. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Went here for Dinner while on vacation with the family. The food was fantastic and the service was great. Air conditioned area and outdoor dining. Not close to the beach like we wanted but well worth it all.

i was visiting Florida from Colorado i was told to go to the shrimp basket for good sea food for a great price compared to everyone else around. so i went to check it out and they was not wrong it was very good and the server alyssa was amazing and very friendly never had to ask for refills or anything she was on it. she didn’t even get mad when i flirted with her a bit she just went along with it and was great. told us about the local spots and what to do. she basically planned the rest of my trip without even being there i hope when i come back she is still there thank You Alyssa i hope you see this!!!!!!!!! Remember God made pot and love the shrimp basket a lot “420minister”

Our waitress Aaliyah was wonderful! Great happy hour atmosphere but the food was a huge disappointment! My husband and I got the fried seafood sampler for 2 @ $40.00-fish and shrimp had no seasoning, was well over cooked! Didn't complain-just wouldn't get it again. My husband enjoyed the oysters during happy hour.

I had the most amazing experience at this shrimp basket location! Huge shout out to Malena! She was our server and was just absolutely amazing, such a positive and bubbly personality! When I go back I will be requesting her by name!! What an outstanding job Malena, keep up the good work!!

Nick greeted us and took excellent care of us from beginning to end. Food was amazing. Couldn’t stop talking about the fried shrimp basket and wings, but especially the appetizer of Firecracker Fries with Boom Boom Shrimp. WOW! The entire experience was 5 star worthy.
Worth noting- went back the second night for Firecracker Fries to go. Staff greeted me like family and I added the Key Lime Pie for dessert.

ROBIN was the best server ever. FOOD was delicious, PRICES were amazing. And ATMOSPHERE was the best

Robin was our server and she was super nice. She let our big group push tables
together to sit where we wanted and she knew the menu and helped us choose what we wanted. 10/10 would love her to be my server again

Our waiter Nick was extra awesome and very attentive! And so friendly! Very highly recommend this location and ask for Nick!

Nick was excellent. He made a great margarita and the coconut shrimp was some of the best I've had anywhere. The cook also came to check if all was good. A great value in Destin for sure.

Shrimp Basket Destin is a MUST EAT ALL WEEK! They have such a great selection of food and the atmosphere is so chill! I sat at the bar because is so good they always have waiting lines! But don’t worry you don’t wait long. Thank You for such hospitality everytime I visit! I Dined in and also took to go!

I dined here with my family and had the best experience! Mystica was our server and honestly she is what made our experience so great. Even my mother in law LOVED her and she’s a Karen when it comes to food service. Mystica was very attentive and made sure we had a wonderful experience. The food was also great! Wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service!!!

Food was fantastic! Kelly, our server, was great. She helped take care of our large group and handled everything perfectly! Will definitely be returning here. Highly recommend.
