Big Boss Food Stores

When I arrived to the gas station and began to get out of my car and walk to the door the employee was locking the door. I asked if they were closed and she said yes. I then asked if it was all night. She replied until she took the trash out… she then proceeded to her car and took 20-25 minutes to pick up the trash. She was very hateful. We continued to wait along with two other customers and she never spoke to any us or informed others that the store was closed, while they kept pulling on the door… when she went to the back of the building to “dump it” she didn’t come back for 10 minutes. Overall, Extremely rude and terrible service. Her name was Arthur. As her name tag was backwards and upside down.
