Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood

Fantastic food and breathtaking views! I'm very surprised by the mixed reviews as this was an amazing experience. The service was stellar, the Spanish-inspired menu was amazing, and we just could not get over how beautiful the views were. This restaurant sits at the top of Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. The pricing was fair, too. Portion sizes can be smaller sometimes at Spanish/tapas restaurants, but we were very satisfied here. This may be one of our new favorites on Disney property!

Went here for dinner after the parks and we had some drinks then for our main entree got the chicken and lamb with rice and Brussels sprouts as our sides and everything was delicious! Our server David was awesome always checking on us to see if we needed anything refilled our water or drinks without us looking or asking and if you are annual Disney passholder you get a discount on the bill so that’s nice! Overall had a fantastic dinner

I was cautiously optimistic about Toledo given the mixed reviews, but I got to say, I was blown away by how good this place is! We're Disney veterans and we've eaten at A LOT of Disney restaurants. Let me tell you, given our overall experience, this is now one of my favorite restaurants on property. Everything we ordered was excellent, the service was great and ambience was electric. The "tour of pork" for 2 was one of the tastiest dishes I've had on property. We're definitely going back

Toledo never disappoints! We have been coming here ever since they first opened. Our server Robert was great! He was very attentive and friendly. My recommendation is the hanger steak and the charred octopus. We finished off with the classic crema catalana. It was the perfect way to end our meal.

This was a beautiful location to go to for supper. 4 of us attended in April 2024 after getting reservations earlier that day. Our server was very attentive to our allergies. We had fun conversation with him but I wish our water glasses were refilled more often. The food was delicious, the decor was very themed. Guest attire was vacation casual or fancy, depending on the table. There weren't many kids, mostly adults dining.

This has to be one of the best restaurants on Disney property. The atmosphere on top of the Coronado Springs property provides a great view of the area, especially at sunset. The Brussels sprouts were the best thing we had, fried, tender and so tasty. The main courses were okay for the price, the portions were fairly small. The cafe con leche dessert was surprisingly delicious, it was described as having a coffee flavor, but only tasted of chocolate, which I preferred. Some of the best side dishes and desserts we’ve had in Disney.

This restaurant is really amazing with the food, drink, atmosphere, view and service. If you stay at Disney resort, especially Coronado spring, you shouldn’t miss it!!

The steak quality is really great and was cooked appropriately. The tapas is also delicious and really match with the wine. In this restaurant, there are various type of wine, but you should try Spanish wine, which is really special and good with the food pairing. You can ask the waiter to help for selection. The dessert was also good and interesting. For recommendation, it has a set of chef special for two and that was a very worth to order!!

DELICIOUS! The restaurant is beautiful. You can see the Epcot fireworks at night, and some Magic Kingdom. The lamb is awesome. We did however have a hair in an appetizer, they apologized, took it off the bill, gave us cheese and meat platter free, and a glass of wine each. Things happen and they were nice enough about it in my opinion. Overall I was very happy with the visit.

Such a fabulous restaurant atop Coronado Springs - fun fact: Toledo is only 1 of 2 Disney resort restaurants in the Michelin review guide, and for good reason. The food speaks for itself. I don’t think you can get anything bad here. We did the menu for 2 ($155) which comes with the flight, meat and cheese board, ribeye & 2 sides, and the tapas bar dessert. We added on the hanger steak entree as we are steak fanatics and everything tasted amazing. The ribeye was cooked with so much flavor and while the hanger steak was more simple, it was cooked well and tasted like smoky shishito peppers-yum! On a less busy night you may even get lucky and be seated next to the window with full view of Epcot fireworks! We have this resort booked again for our next stay and can’t wait to visit this restaurant again!

The food is phenomenal the experience of fine dining at its finest! Such a great time with some friends! I enjoyed my entree and desert!

Coronado Springs is such beautiful resort. Toledo is an amazing restaurant. With the most amazing views. You can see the Tower of Terror and Galaxy's Edge(Hollywood Studios) and Space Ship Earth (EPCOT) if you are dining at the night you can see EPCOT's fireworks.
The food is absolutely delicious. And it's not too expensive..

This restaurant surprised me. I mean I've been to Toledo and there isn't much there, but family, as well as the zoo.
This place had a dinner for two that could feed four. The sides were delicious. The steak top 10. The app was creative and awesome.

I’ve now been to Toledo twice and have had a wonderful experience both times. I’ve included photos of the bone-in ribeye meal for two with purée potatoes and Brussel sprouts and a photo of the almond cheese cake (I’ve also included last years photo of the cheese cake; we had the same cheesecake this year and it’s presentation was equally as beautiful!).

Each time we have been to Toledo the customer service and service of the wait staff has been first class. Our wait staff has been attentive to our needs and personable throughout.
I’d recommend dinner here and wrapping up with watching the view of Epcot fireworks on the balcony of the Dahlia Lounge! What a beautiful view!

Oh my! This restaurant is a Disney hidden gem!

When you arrive, you will notice the nice ambiance. While you wait for your table, you can sit and relax at the Dahlia’s lounge.

We ordered a bottle of wine and didn’t have to spend much time looking at the menu as there is the Chef Signature Dinner for Two. Is a 4-course meal that includes two appetizers, 32oz Ribeye and dessert.

The food was delicious! The Flight of Four Pinxtos takes you to a trip of flavors from salty to sweet. The Charcuterie board perfectly paired with our wine Palacios Remondo Rioja La Montesa.

The Ribeye was well seasoned and perfectly cook. It was huge!

I am a chocolate fan, so very happy when dessert arrived! But already full so took it home! 😂

The Charcuterie Board was big enough for more than two people as well as the Ribeye. As we don’t eat much, I feel the Charcuterie and Ribeye can easily feed 3-4 people.

Forgot to mention, restaurant is located in the 16th floor with gorgeous views! You will be able to spot Hollywood Studios and Epcot, including the fireworks if you’re there at the right time.

This place is going toe-to-toe food quality wise with the signature restaurants! I loved that the dishes were more on the smaller size. I can now see why this landed in the Michelin Guide. Seating took a while and so did getting my cocktail, but my waitress, Stephanie, was great.

Oh my gosh! Last night we joined close friends for dinner at this beautiful restaurant on the top floor of the resort with views of the surrounding parks and resorts and fireworks. We enjoyed a charcuterie board consisting of three different dried meats imported from Spain, three kinds of cheese, olives from Spain, tasty toast, jam dried fruit and almonds. This alone would have warranted 5 stars as it was delicious. We also enjoyed Rio braised chorizo and charred octopus as appetizers. Both were very nice and this was my first time eating octopus and the texture was really nice. Entrees were the Marinated Hangar steak ($35), Filet of Beef ($37), Rioja Braised Chicken ($29) and Scallops ($33) and we ordered a side of Brussels Sprouts to share. I’m not a huge vegetable fan but let me tell you, these were the most wonderful and flavorful Brussels Sprouts that I could ever imagine putting in my mouth. In fact, an order of Brussels Sprouts could be my entire dinner….they were so very very good. For dessert we enjoyed 50th anniversary dessert, Toledo Tapas Bar, Classic Crema Catalena and the Cafe Con Leche dessert.
Everything was prepared perfectly, presented immaculately artful and the flavors were very nice and memorable.
Since we were enjoying a fun night out with friends, I’m writing this the day after and every item we experienced is freshly memorable.
In addition to the great views out of the windows, the restaurant features a beautiful ceiling of festive and colorful stained glass which changes color/tone throughout the meal. The restaurant also has a great collection of wines. We enjoyed a very nice red wine from Spain.
Service is excellent just as you would expect from a table service restaurant at Disney. I highly highly recommend that you consider dining at Toledo if you are looking for a dining experience that is flavorfully memorable.

Amazing atmosphere, staff, and food. The views from Toledo are some of the best on Disney property especially for a sunset. Staff was very attentive and willing to answer any question I had regarding the menu items. Started with the 'Aceitunas' Marinated Olives as an appetizer and I was surprised at how delicious warm olives could be! For an entree I went for the Marinated Hanger Steak. One piece of the meat was a little undercooked but overall the various flavors and paired veggies/spices/sauces were impeccable. Topped off the meal with the plant based chocolate avocado mousse which was good as well, the raspberry sorbet on top of the mousse really made this dish. Reasonably priced as well, plus I took the time to walk around Coronado Spring’s property exploring the different areas which is stunning as well.

Great restaurant with great views of EPCOT. The staff were very nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food was excellent and diverse.
The lounge (not part of the restaurant) empty which I found strange for June. Not sure the decor matched the theme of the hotel but it is nice. Can’t await to go back.

Great food, service, views, ambiance, cleanliness… we had the “Chef’s signature dinner for two…” great generous tasty dishes… it’s really for four! unless you eat a lot.

Definitely a must try, the chef’s meal for two which includes appetizers and a rib eye that melts in your mouth with a choice of two sides definitely try the Brussels sprouts and olive oil whipped potato. Laura our wonderful guide for these delicious eats gave the best recommendations. Thanks Laura ! Thanks Gerald! Charming group at this restaurant with excellent views! The cigar bay IPA a bit sweet but tasty as long as it remains cold. The Lamb shank as my son said melts in your mouth, the jelly that comes with the dish we asked for on the side, a bit sweet but compliments the lamb perfectly. This restaurant located on the 16th floor of the Coronado Disney Springs resort is across the Dahlia lounge with views of the nearby Disney attractions is definitely worth trying. Not as pricey as I expected considering the amount of food we ate. The appetizers were large enough for the three of us to enjoy and still left some on the table. The tomato bread was not a favorite - a bit too much garlic and cold tomato spread on a moist cold bread but my wife and son seem to like it. Dessert presentation and was explained the best way to eat it(Laura is amazing).
